Key responsibilities within the Manufacturing Operations Manager position:
The strategic development of manufacturing operations across several manufacturing lines throughout the facility, taking the site through to World Class
The development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5s, VSM, TPM, etc, across manufacturing operations
People Management, including the motivation and mentoring of managers to effectively problem solve and develop their careers
You will be required to demonstrate an ability to introduce processes/procedures across our clients' manufacturing site, which enhance manufacturing output and support the delivery of EBITDA objectives over the next 3 years and significant company growth.
The Operations Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for leading the development of an agile, positive, ambitious manufacturing function that has the skills, resources, and capability to become a key enabler of growth, development, and improved business performance over the next 3 years.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience within a senior-level position, e.g.
Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Factory Manager, General Manager, etc.
Leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, motivate, develop, and improve teams
Experience in continuous improvement tools and techniques, and problem-solving techniques within an industrial manufacturing environment
A seasoned manufacturing professional who can work closely with key members of production pushing where required, being robust with colleagues where necessary, and leading from the front, but be prepared to be involved in the day-to-day activities of the shopfloor if this is necessary to achieve enhanced results.
IOSH or Nebosh qualified in Health and Safety
Ideally degree qualified or commensurate experience

An opportunity has arisen for a Behaviour Therapist / Behaviour Analyst to join an organisation committed to supporting individuals with complex needs.
This role can be full-time or part-time offering excellent benefits and a salary range of :33,000 - :54,000.
As a Behaviour Therapist / Behaviour Analyst, you will support individuals with complex needs across all life stages and implement leisure, health, and vocational / community programmes.
You will be responsible for:
* Require an energetic and experienced professional.
* Manage behaviours of concern while promoting skills development.
* Facilitate social inclusion programmes to help individuals achieve their personal goals.
* Uphold a neuro-affirmative ethos in all aspects of work.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Behaviour Therapist, ABA Therapist, Behaviour Analyst, Behavioural Therapist or in a similar role.
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, ideally over the age of 12.
* Background working in the family home, day service and community settings.
* Degree in Psychology, Social Care, Nursing, or a related field.
* Hold a BCBA certification and Masters level qualification in ABA.
* Full EU driving licence.

Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and treatments, explaining the process to alleviate anxiety and ensure a positive patient experience
Support consultants during outpatient procedures, ensuring all equipment is prepared and the clinical environment is optimised for patient safety and comfort
Monitor patient responses and report any concerns during diagnostic tests or procedures, ensuring prompt action is taken to address any issues
Provide guidance and education to patients, addressing questions about their tests or treatment plans to enhance understanding and satisfaction
Ensure ophthalmic equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained, safeguarding the accuracy of diagnostic results and the safety of patients
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Must have experience of OCT machine
Demonstrate excellent time management
Ability to build a working knowledge of eye physiology and treatment
Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable
Able to show a can do attitude always
The successful Senior Ophthalmic Technician will receive an excellent salary of £25,338.30 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent part time role working 22.5 hours a week.
