$23-29/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems

Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Also assists with non-endpoint related projects such as site upgrades (wireless and wired networks, phone system, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide timely solutions to end-user's IT issues, while documenting details via a ticketing system.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices.
Perform system refreshes, upgrades, software updates, and hardware maintenance tasks as required, while following and maintaining documentation of process.
Utilize and help update knowledge management system pertaining to IT support items.
Participate in hardware life-cycle management process and asset tracking.
Nonbusiness hours on-call support rotation as needed.
Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems
Assist with other facets of IT operations and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
1 to 3 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, mobile devices, and printers.
1 to 3 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems
1 to 3 years of experience with troubleshooting Microsoft's M365 suite of applications
Familiar with Microsoft's Active Directory and Group Policies
(Depending on the site) Knowledge of RF Guns and Label Printers
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include:
Proper completion of all services and related paperwork.
Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region.
Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.)
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The Role of Senior SAP Analyst
The role is accountable for SAP strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational stability, ensuring system integrity, data quality, regulatory compliance, and measurable business value.
The SAP Manager will lead SAP solution design and governance across core business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Production & Quality, Warehouse & Logistics and Finance & Controlling.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior SAP Analyst:
Define and deliver a rolling 24-month SAP roadmap covering enhancements, upgrades, security, and system integrations.
Own SAP solution architecture across plants, shipping points, and third-party warehouses.
Ensure architecture documentation, cyber posture, and technical standards are audit-ready.
Own SAP run operations across internal teams and external service providers.
Establish proactive monitoring, incident runbooks, and SLA governance.
Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

A Bachelor's degree in information, systems, computer science, business or a related field.
Strong background with SAP FICO (Financial Controlling)
SAP Certifications (e.g.

Previous experience of maintaining SAP ECC 6.0 and mastery of SD with advanced knowledge of FI, CO and MM in complex manufacturing environments.
Strong background in Process Manufacturing environments.
