Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide or obtain accurate and timely product application, qualification, and/or troubleshooting services to internal colleagues and external business partners
Assist with general on-site product application, training, and general substrate review.
Assist with the generation and maintenance of technical documentation and collateral with various internal departments.
Examples include application instructions, technical data sheets, technical marketing collateral, product training programs, 3rd party testing/validation reports, and other product assets.
Assist in the collection of laboratory data forproject and/or product-specific testing.
Assist with and/or perform in-field and in-house analytical lab testing to confirm the chemical compatibility and physical adhesion properties of Tremco products on specified jobs, for evaluating new areas of application, new product development, and competitive product analysis.
Conduct jobsite observations/evaluations with customers and field sales reps to make accurate and timely product and installation recommendations.
Compose official letters and/or corporate communiques, including installation instructions, job qualification parameters, and competitive product comparisons along with assisting in the development of detail drawings to help secure sales opportunities.
Provide or obtain accurate and timely answers to inquiries on product usage, comparative competitive products, web-site navigation, product specifications, repair techniques, assessment and/or remedial course of action recommendations for jobsite problems, environmental regulations, construction sequencing, and technical product property questions.
Ensure product performance through proper recommendation of jobsite qualification and application techniques.
Possess and leverage a basic knowledge of Tremco's product portfolio.
Learn assigned core product line technology while assisting higher level Application Specialists with occasional direction.
Provide clear written and verbal technical support and product recommendations to internal and external stakeholders including sales representatives, technical representatives, owners, architects, engineers, contractors, installers, etc.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree inScience, Civil Engineering,Construction Management or similarfieldpreferred
EXPERIENCE
1+ years of Technical Service, Technical Sales, or Construction Industry experience required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OHSA 10 Preferred but not required
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience with Auto CAD, Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.

Develop AIA MasterFormat specifications that comply with Tremco requirements, purchasing agreements, local building codes, and industry standards (NRCA, SPRI, Factory Mutual, etc.).
Develop specifications in compliance with IBC, IECC, and Tremco-specific requirements & standards
Develop specifications based on individual project Scopes of Work, using expertise, experience, and best practices to select appropriate items.
Assist Estimators in understanding specifications for bid preparation and pricing.
Calculate wind-uplift design pressures based on project specifics.
Understand and apply 3rd party test reports for Tremco systems for specifications
Identify and resolve service, process, or quality system problems; ensure proper resolution implementation.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the specification development process.
Stay updated with compliance policies to ensure specifications and drawings align with contract agreements.

DAP is looking to hire Marketing Technology Manager in our Marketing Team at our corporate office in Baltimore, MD.
The Marketing Technology Manager is key to advancing DAP's digital transformation.
The role focuses on the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge marketing technologies, including automation, email marketing, and AI-based personalization tools, to create scalable and impactful marketing solutions.
The position also drives the continuous improvement and evolution of critical systems like Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM), ensuring seamless integration and higher organizational efficiency. To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess a strategic mindset, strong technical skills, and an appetite for innovation, enabling DAP to maintain its status as a leader in the marketing technology space.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Execution & Technology Integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a strategic digital roadmap, aligned with DAP's mission of improving the professional and consumer digital experience. Manage and optimize DAP's marketing technology stack, evaluating emerging tools such as AI-powered platforms to enhance personalization and user engagement. Lead the evaluation and technical integration of new platforms, such as marketing automation tools, analytics systems, and advanced website solutions, while ensuring seamless coordination with IT and external partners.
Exploration & Implementation of Marketing Technologies
Research and recommend tools for automation, email marketing, and personalization that align with organizational needs and future growth initiatives. Lead the rollout of selected tools, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and effective adoption across teams. Stay informed on emerging industry trends and technologies to maintain DAP's position as an industry leader. Analytics & Reporting Leverage data from DAP's Martech platforms to generate actionable insights, refining marketing campaigns and enhancing customer engagement strategies. Establish robust metrics and reporting systems to measure the performance of tools, systems, and campaigns against departmental KPIs. Provide regular reporting to leadership on the impact of marketing technology initiatives and recommend improvements based on data trends.
Product Information & Digital Asset Management
Drive improvements in PIM and DAM systems to enhance data accuracy and increase content accessibility organization-wide. Oversee data integration workflows and ensure alignment between internal platforms and external systems. Act as a liaison between IT, marketing, and external vendors to maintain and support these systems.
Team Training & Vendor Management
Drive improvements in PIM and DAM systems to enhance data accuracy and increase content accessibility organization-wide. Desired Skills and Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Data Sciences, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 6+ years in digital marketing or marketing technology roles, focusing on Martech exploration, evaluation, and implementation. At least 2+ years in a leadership capacity, with expertise in managing data-driven systems integrations. Experience improving PIM and DAM systems, with a focus on data workflows and content accessibility.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in marketing platforms, including automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven technologies. Strong understanding of analytics, data reporting, and performance tracking across Martech solutions. Expertise in integrating PIM, DAM, and marketing-related tools into broader digital ecosystems.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills to connect technical and non-technical teams effectively. Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving impactful change. Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Hardware & Home Improvement industries. Demonstrated success in leveraging Martech platforms for enhanced engagement and business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.) Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Qualifications: Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks. Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills. Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.
Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control.
Functional computer skills.
Safety training and OSHA knowledge. Understanding of budgeting and expense management.

Perform QC/QA on KCPP products Provide assistance to Operations/Eng/Log for KCPP product line support. Work with Tremco to optimize supply chain, manufacturing schedule, overall provide guidance on when best to produce KCPP product line Provide after hours support when needed on KCPP product line. Perform calibrations on lab machinery for KCPP product line. Generate standards for lab machinery for KCPP product line. Support Tremco QC/QA for any needs in a prioritized fashion dependent upon management (QC Sup and Lab Mgr) guidance.
This should include any after hours support when/if needed to support business needs and priorities. There could be some travel with this role to the KCPP lab from time to time.
With guidance from research management or more senior professionals, plans and conducts experimental programs to complete a phase of a project or several projects of minor scope. • Conducts research on and testing of improvement of existing products, development of new products and technology and may include routine to complex synthesis or testing.
Assignment may be a phase of a major project or a total project of minor scope. • With minimal supervision from more experienced professionals, they conduct routine synthesis or testing which provide experience and familiarization with methods, practices, and programs (analytical, performance, physical properties, etc.). • Under the guidance of more senior professionals or research management, they acquire knowledge of Tremco's products, procedures, and applications. • Interfaces with section personnel in trouble-shooting problems with hardware, testing/synthesis equipment, product, and methods development. • May be responsible for timely calibration and maintenance of the various laboratories and equipment and documentation according to the company's business processes. • With minimal guidance, conducts literature searches and gathers pertinent information related to specific topics. • Under minimal supervision, compile, analyze and correlate technical data and write timely reports on projects completed or progress reports.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.

Your responsibilities include market research, product positioning, go-to-market planning, and performance analysis to drive product success and customer engagement, with a strong emphasis on fostering innovation in product offerings and marketing approaches.
This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively promote Rust-Oleum's spray paint products and drive market growth Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy for segment, identifying new opportunities for product development and market expansion. Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the tools and information needed to effectively sell innovative spray paint products.
Develop sales materials, presentations, and training programs. Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful execution of innovation initiatives. Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Create exceptional user experiences, working with our Creative department visually appealing interfaces with target audience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations.
Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch. Manage product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned. Developing strategic plans and innovating roadmaps for key product segments. Driving new product development activities through Stage-Gate product management and market research. Ensuring profitability within the assigned market segments, including supporting the product commercialization process. Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6+ years of relevant Product, Product Development or Brand experience (consumer packaged good preferred).
Strong new product development experience required. Exhibit understanding of the product commercialization process and documentation and information sharing needs and protocols. Exhibit understanding of retail, independent paint/hardware, and distribution business models. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate problem solver and creative thinker, with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback. Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions. Team player who will work well on cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, Research & Development, Customer Service, etc. Confident public speaker with the ability to influence senior level management.
