GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role in which the associate is partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will assist in ensuring comprehensive and hands-on training.
The Sales Associate will prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout their assigned local territory.
You must live in and be available to travel within the assigned territory of Northern California.
4TH ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start September 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts.
Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.
Each associate will be assigned a mentor and have multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives within the assigned territory.
Following the two-year program, graduates will be promoted and assigned their own territory, responsibilities, sales targets, and bonus opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect new accounts.
Learn basic product features and benefits and deliver this message to prospective users.
Provide a demonstration of our products.
Offer basic technical support of named product sets.
Visit job sites to support installations and build your knowledge.
Manage select dealer and end user relationships.
Hold distributor demonstration events.
Manage activities through salesforce.com.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' sales or construction experience and/or training.
In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, SF.Com, and learn internal business systems).

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTLEEDS£30,000 - £35,000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY A well-established business in Leeds is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join its finance team.This is a varied role combining day-to-day accounts duties with responsibility for the weekly and monthly payroll.
Most of your time will be spent supporting the finance function, with approximately one day per week focused on payroll.The position would suit someone with a good background in finance administration who also has experience managing payroll from start to finish.THE ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT ROLE
Processing weekly and monthly payroll
Reviewing timesheet information and producing payroll reports
Completing payroll submissions and reporting to HMRC
Processing new starters, leavers and employee changes
Managing pension contributions, student loan deductions and attachment of earnings orders
Assisting with annual P11D reporting
Responding to employee payroll and payslip queries
Supporting with month-end close ensuring ledgers are fully reconciled
Responsible for both Accounts Payable & Receivable ledgers
Completing bank reconciliations & supplier statements
Assisting with VAT returns
Processing company credit card and petty cash transactions
Checking goods received records and investigating any differences
Completing regular finance system checks
THE PERSON
Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Payroll Assistant, Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer or similar role
Experience processing payroll from start to finish
A good understanding of PAYE, National Insurance and payroll requirements
Experience supporting general accounting such as Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger and/or Accounts Receivable/Sales Ledger
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Clear communication skills
A calm and professional approach

Are you a Motivated Sales Manager? Analytical, Creative Thinker and The Ability to Lead?
As District Sales Manager for Stonhard you will manage 7-10 Sales Representatives.
You will set goals, train, recruit, oversee installations, manage profit and loss, and sell to end users, general contractors and design build firms.
We are looking for an individual with sales experience, talent, enthusiasm and creative vision to lead an assigned, local, sales district.
STONHARD, a subsidiary of RPM Performance Coatings, is the leading manufacturer and installer of high performance seamless floors and lining systems in the world.
Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree with a minimum of 5 years experience managing a sales team, calling on end users, general contractors, design engineers and design build firms to sell our product and services.
This experience, combined with outstanding communication/presentation skills and a high level of energy, is necessary for this influential sales position.
Our successful candidate will receive extensive product training and will work with some of the best marketing, technical service and R&D professionals in the industry.
You will manage a sales force that consults, designs, and specifies seamless flooring in both industrial and commercial markets.
This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager.

What will you do?
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district.
Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance.
Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers.
Trains, monitors and motivates the TM's.
Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects.
Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team.
Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.
A proven ability to manage projects.The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position.

Compensation Package:
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
Bonus potential (First 2 years average): approx.
$75,000 - $90,000

Background Requirements:
B.S.
Degree (Engineering or Business, preferred).
Familiar with specific account base or general markets.
Demonstrates the ability to Lead and Organize a Team.
Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.
A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks to installers and TM.
