KHR are working with a successful and growing UK distributor are seeking a Sales & Operations Administrator to join its busy team.
This varied role combines customer service, sales order processing, logistics coordination, and compliance-led administration, playing a key part in ensuring smooth end-to-end order fulfilment and high-quality customer support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Processing sales orders, quotations, acknowledgements, delivery notes, and related documentation
- Maintaining CRM/ERP systems, order trackers, logs, and accurate customer records
- Coordinating deliveries, collections, returns, credits, and courier documentation
- Liaising with Sales, Warehouse, Operations, Quality, and Management teams
- Supporting purchase orders, stock processes, and general sales administration
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records in line with company procedures and quality standards
- Ensuring documentation is correctly filed, accessible, and compliant
- Supporting continuous improvement across sales, customer service, and operational processes
- Providing general administrative support across the business
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service, sales administration, or office support
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communication skills (phone and email)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (desirable)
- A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused mindset

The Role
You will provide specialist anaesthetic and perioperative services within a major regional tertiary referral setting, delivering care across a broad and complex surgical caseload with a focus on paediatric and neonatal patients.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality anaesthetic care for paediatric and neonatal surgical patients Delivering perioperative assessment, planning and clinical management Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary surgical and critical care teams Supporting safe anaesthetic practice across a regional referral network Contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Participating in teaching, supervision and mentoring of junior medical staff and trainees Supporting service development, innovation and workforce capability building Providing specialist input across complex and high-acuity surgical cases
What We're Looking For
FANZCA or equivalent specialist anaesthetic qualification Specialist registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA Subspecialty experience or strong interest in paediatric anaesthesia Experience in neonatal anaesthesia and perioperative care Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred clinical practice Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills Interest in teaching, mentoring and professional development Fellowship candidates nearing completion are encouraged to apply Current driver's licence

The Role
You will provide specialist paediatric services across Gladstone Hospital and the Central Queensland Health Service, working within a multidisciplinary team delivering care across acute, inpatient, emergency, and neonatal settings.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality paediatric and neonatal clinical care across hospital settings Managing acute paediatric presentations and neonatal stabilisation (including <35 weeks where appropriate) Supporting care in ED, ward, nursery, and high dependency unit environments Working with Retrieval Services Queensland (RSQ) and tertiary services for escalations Providing supervision and clinical leadership to junior medical staff Participating in on-call and rostered service delivery Contributing to clinical governance, service improvement, and quality initiatives Supporting integrated care across the Central Queensland service network
What We're Looking For
