Collaborative Care: You will work closely with a team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to patient care.
Image Grading and Diagnostics: You will use advanced diagnostic tools and asynchronous telemedicine (store-and-forward technology) to grade retinal images and provide expert evaluations, enhancing patient outcomes.
Care Coordination: You will also support in the coordination of care between different specialists, ensuring timely referrals and appropriate follow-up for complex cases

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital setting based in the Dewsbury, West Yorkshire area.
You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This hospital provides a specialist inpatient service for adults and older age males with severe and enduring mental health conditions, who may also have an undiagnosed memory related illness.
Our client also provides a specialist neuro-cognitive and dementia care service for males presenting with very agitated or aggressive behaviour

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN) with a current active NMC Pin
*

As a Nurse your key duties will include:
Ensuring the highest possible standards of care
Assessing residents' needs and wishes
Developing services to enhance their quality of life
Championing appropriate independence and personal choice
Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet the residents physical, social and psychological needs
Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift
Ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Build the positive reputation of the Business
Liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships
The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements
Respectful of the values, views and needs of other
People Management experience
Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,800 - £35,100 per annum.

As the Senior/Lead Occupational Therapist your key responsibilities include:
Provide consultation and assistance to the lead consultant regarding the therapeutic programme on the unit
Engage the patients on the unit in helpful, therapeutic and meaningful activity
Manage and co-ordinate individual treatment plans for occupational therapy and activities
Provide 1:1 OT assessment and treatment
Develop close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues ensuring clinical practice is in line with Priory policies and procedures and complies with statutory regulations and quality standards specifically regarding risk assessment
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Provide excellent oral and written communication
Possess exceptional organisational skills
Experience of working with these client groups both individually and in groups with a range of complex presentations in an inpatient setting
Demonstrates evidence highly effective clinical reasoning skills
Highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models
The successful Senior/Lead Occupational Therapist will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
