GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business needs dictate.
Clean and maintain the assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various offline and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior work experience or training required.
Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift Licensecertified.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Accountabilities

As Sales Executive you will be joining a global brand leader.
With a bespoke training programme, you will be learning all about the product, delivering exceptional customer service and excelling in sales along with running a profitable retail centre.
This role is all about developing business opportunities, managing and building relationships.
Based in Newcastle this role is full time and permanent, Mon to Fri offering a starting salary of circa £27,000 and an OTE of £32,000.
Key Accountabilities for the Sales Executive:
Drive your self development by engaging with the training programme
Undertake retail and customer service activities within the companies shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
Identifying and researching new business leads
Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling
Visiting customers weekly, demonstrating products
Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service
Conduct stock takes as requested
Re-stocking/replenishing items
Understand the range of company products
Administration of sales orders received
Administer any returns
Handle parts enquiries
Attend training, meetings and company events onsite and at head office

Core-Asset Consulting is partnering with a leading financial services firm in search of a talented B2C Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12-month, fixed-term contract based in Newcastle.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with real ownership: you will shape and execute integrated campaigns that drive client acquisition, deepen engagement, boost cross-sales, and improve retention across all B2C channels.
Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in a B2C marketing role, preferably within financial services or another regulated sector.
History of planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
Strong grasp of CRM, email marketing and digital advertising fundamentals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and client-friendly messages.
Highly data-driven, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning.
Well organised and proactive, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confident working independently and collaboratively, with strong stakeholder-management skills.
Desirable:
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.

Core Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, cross-selling and retention across digital, social, email, paid media, events and internal sales/advice channels.
Use segmentation to tailor messaging, create clear and compliant communications, and simplify complex financial topics to strengthen client understanding and relationships.
Apply data and audience insight to identify opportunities, test and refine activity, and contribute to regular reporting to enhance ROI and business impact.
Partner with senior marketing leaders (e.g., B2C Channel Manager) to align marketing activity with business objectives.
Work with Product, Operations, Client Services, and Compliance teams to support strategic business initiatives.
Liaise with Brand and Communications teams to maintain a consistent client-facing tone and experience.
