Summary:
Carboline is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the driving force behind a seamless customer experience! In this role, you'll take ownership of the full order lifecycle-from order entry through production coordination, shipment, and billing-ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service every step of the way.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily desk-based and involves extended computer use (up to 8 hours per day).
No significant physical exertion, lifting, or unusual environmental conditions are required.
Essential Functions:
Accurately enter and manage customer orders from multiple channels, ensuring correct pricing, product details, and shipping terms.
Coordinate production, scheduling, and shipments; partner with expediting teams to prioritize and meet delivery timelines.
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates or changes to customers and sales teams.
Collaborate with production and internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
Support inventory planning by recommending stock adjustments based on sales direction.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to pricing, credits, freight, commissions, and quality standards.
Process returns (RGAs) and credit memos efficiently and accurately.
Maintain strong product and systems knowledge.
Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.

Maintains a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility.
This role will serve to maximize space utilization as defined by Distribution Center Management, monitor inventory levels and product movement, control/isolate non-conforming product as defined by local work instructions and in conformance with quality standards and expectations as well as ensure conforming product mix, facilitating efficient order fulfillment, and contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.

Ensures inventory is labelled accurately and meets all compliance requirements.
Maintains relevant inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management (and Divisional Operations as appropriate).
Coordinates and Integrates efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
Regularly trains site staff in proper inventory control techniques and practices.
Participates in cross-training activities to provide support to other team members as necessary.
Provides general support in support of efficient operations of the site.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory control for a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Professional Materials Management (PMM) and Profession of Logistics (PLOG) are preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
