What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Specific Requirements:
Oversee the daily activity of your Architectural/Design and Engineering sales representatives Track the progress of the AE Group versus plan and G&O goals on a quarterly basis thru salesforce Communicate and collaborate with the field sales managers on AE business and personnel Identify perceived gaps in our value offerings that present opportunities for growth to the AE community Identify and update all needed sales tools and resources required to help our architectural design representatives have the most updated tolls to positively impact customer satisfaction in the Architectural community Manage revenue growth and account targeting in alignment with Stonhard and A/E program goals thru salesforce
Key Activities:
Conduct weekly ride along and assessment of AEs in the field and provide feedback on improvements Customer meetings, presentations and ride along with responsible AE Stonhard team members Provide forecasts and changes to VP of Business Development and Field Interaction with other department heads with Stonhard and Liquid Element brands Review territories and needs for growth or consolidation Presentations to corporate and sales management on your AE Group's progress and success Utilize win guidelines to ensure proper credit. Accountability:
Meet/exceed target and sales plan based on Architectural program initiatives Lead various initiatives with the AE Group to increase our specification base Increase new accounts within the AE Community and utilizing salesforce. Develop and facilitate senior level relationships with the AM, GM and VPs to leverage incremental sales growth at field level. Other Requirements:
Travel to Architectural Firms as needed based on priority business development - potential 50% travel Consistent top performance in sales regions Team selling and leadership experience evaluated The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Modern Recreational Technologies, a division of RPM Corp, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales for our Marine Segment.
The VP of Sales will be responsible for maintaining and growing our four leading brands (Pettit, ®, Tuff Coat™, Woolsey®, and ValvTect®) within the Marine segment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent sales and business management including financial business knowledge, project management and people leadership experience.
Candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing a sales and technical team as well as maintaining a sales and expense budget.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing team in the recreational market segment.
MRT owns several leading brands in three recreational market segments: including marine, motorsports & RV, and Aquatics & Parks.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Support sales and technical staff with training and development. Develop, create, and execute new business agreements with core end user customers. Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at key distributors, resellers, and key accounts. Set pricing and customer agreement standards. Business development strategist for expanding markets and geographical segments. Maintain expense management standards within the segment. Collaborate on new product innovation cycles and voice of customer. Consultative support for acquisitions and new business opportunities.
Engage in industry networking events and opportunities. Member of MRT leadership team.

Position Summary: A Process Technician is responsible for mixing and packaging in-process and finished goods inventory.
Specific Requirements:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in the batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior Communicates (gives a heads up) low levels of raw material to supervisory staff. Background Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1-year prior related experience or 1-year experience as a production batch maker preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color- tone testing. Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency. Must be capable of lifting between 25-70 lbs.

An Assistant Superintendent with Stonhard is responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory. Experience working with General Contractors preferred.
An Assistant Superintendent with Stonhard is responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who is detailed, a hands-on project leader and a problem solver. BS Construction Management or BS Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) and 1-2 years related experience in industrial or commercial construction/project management. Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.
(Daily driving approx.
20% & travel within sales region, approx.
50%).
Some weekends required. Strong communication and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations. Successful candidate will possess the means for paying for travel with monthly reimbursement of travel expenses DO WE HAVE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR? Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Bonus Potential (1st/2nd year averages): approx.
$5,000 - $15,000
Average Bonus Potential (veterans): approx.
$15,000 - $35,000
Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus Pay, car allowance
