As they are growing across key markets, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in marketing, a flair for events and a deep understanding of the fit-out, design, architectural sector.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and has experience delivering marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate will also have experience within events, as well as managing core marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and website content.
THE ROLE:
Lead and implement marketing plans that support brand visibility and business development.
Organise and market events including networking functions, industry expos, and client presentations.
Develop content and collateral that showcases our design and fit-out projects.
Manage and update social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram) with relevant project and industry content.
Oversee updates to the company website with new projects, team news, and press mentions.
Liaise with design, architectural and project teams to ensure marketing accurately reflects business capability.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to localise campaigns and adapt global assets for the UK and European market.
Report on marketing activity effectiveness and suggest improvements where needed.
THE PERSON:
Around 3 - 4 years of experience in a generalist marketing role.
Strong understanding of the commercial fit-out industry, with proven experience working in or alongside design, architecture, or interior teams.
Experience in planning and executing marketing events.
Proficient with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Comfortable working independently and across cross-functional team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the progress of production, understands customer delivery needs, and ensures warehouse personnel are available, trained, and have the proper tools to ship products on time.
Manages shipping logistics including but not limited to handling freight quotes, assisting with scheduling trucks and verification of customer documentation and pictures, etc.
Schedules a variety of shipping and receiving activities and analyzes new and/or complete orders to plan, and prepares, and directs future manpower needs to achieve timely order shipments.
Maintains Shipping inventory supplies, including but not limited to tape, strapping, and wrapping.
Assists with warehouse personnel assessment and performance improvement activities.
Maintains / Implements Safety, environmental, and all other company policies for warehouse personnel as well as for truck drivers and other vendors working in the area.
Partners with Customer Service to ensure order expectations are met or exceeded.
Cross-trains with Customer Service to handle compliance and documentation for cross-border/international shipments.
Knows, follows, and enforces corporate and company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
Participates in other projects/tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School degree or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3+ years supervisory experience.
2+ years in warehouse operations.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Displays proficient communication skills, verbal and written.
Acts as and encourages others to be a team player.
Utilizes strong interpersonal skills such as conflict management/resolution.
Possesses knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

QUALFICATIONS:

Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make insight-driven decisions.
