GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role in which the associate is partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will assist in ensuring comprehensive and hands-on training.
The Sales Associate will prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout their assigned local territory.
You must live in Oklahoma City, OK and be available to travel within the assigned territory.
4TH ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start September 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts.
Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.
Each associate will be assigned a mentor and have multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives within the assigned territory.
Following the two-year program, graduates will be promoted and assigned their own territory, responsibilities, sales targets, and bonus opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect new accounts.
Learn basic product features and benefits and deliver this message to prospective users.
Provide a demonstration of our products.
Offer basic technical support of named product sets.
Visit job sites to support installations and build your knowledge.
Manage select dealer and end user relationships.
Hold distributor demonstration events.
Manage activities through salesforce.com.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' sales or construction experience and/or training.
In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, SF.Com, and learn internal business systems).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and great organizational skills.
Highly confident, strong work ethic, and high degree of energy.
Desire to progress in a full-time Technical Sales role in our organization.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor effectively plans and coordinates all daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements, ensuring quality, meeting on-time delivery schedules, and other customer needs while maintaining a safe environment for all employees.
The hours are 10:30 p.m.
to 7:30 a.m., Sunday- Thursday.

Plan and oversee daily production to ensure a timely and efficient manufacturing process using a variety of manufacturing best practices.
Lead and develop all plant employees to meet production goals.
Assure safe and efficient operation by all employees of all production processes to produce quality products.
Follow the progress of production, anticipate or investigate major causes of delays, and ensure that corrective action is taken.
Take ownership and accountability of all assigned personnel and processes.
Hold subordinate team members accountable through open feedback, honest counseling, and fair disciplinary practices.
Supervise safety standards, employee relations, conflict resolution, transparent communication, employee evaluation, scheduling, and training.
Monitor production schedules and personnel scheduling.
Optimize resources to meet production targets.
Analyze on-floor performance using production data.
Identify potential issues before they create downtime or become a problem.
Monitor daily production performance in relation to established KPIs and communicate expectations to the team.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
Supervises the routine preventive maintenance plan for all equipment is completed timely and correctly.
Develop efficient manufacturing processes and assist with documenting field installation criteria and standards.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that emphasizes safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Maintain / Implement Safety policies.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of related manufacturing (floor) experience required.
Experience with building product manufacturing (preferred), or similar manufacturing experience.
2+ years' experience in inventory control and distribution operations.
Experience leading and supervising an hourly team.
Proven ability to master various related software products and regular use of Microsoft Office tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Green or Black Belt preferred.
OSHA 10-hour training preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Solid communication skills (verbal, written) required.
Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
Must lead by example.
Ability to energize and develop effective teams.
