The Role of the Territory Manager
Our client sells a range of advanced wound care dressings, absorbents, skin protectants, peak flow meters, gloves, & surgical tapes
70% of the business will be in the community + 30% in the NHS/Acute
To promote, sell and ensure proper distribution of products from the product portfolio in both the Acute and Community.
To reach sales targets for the Sales Territory using effective communication methods in a manner that ensures ethical commercial approach, as well as adherence to corporate vision and guidelines.
Customers will include TVNs, Procurement, Nursing Homes, Stoma Nurses, Incontinence Nurses, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, District Nurses and a range of Key Opinion Leaders.
The Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in the range in both the acute and community for the defined Sales Territory to ensure Sales targets are achieved.
It is important to work closely with the Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers within the team to enhance your sales success
Participation with the Regional Business Manager, Clinical Nurse Advisor and Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of local business plans with the aim of achieving high compliance with new Formulary Awards and driving market share growth to achieve sales targets.
Close working with the Business Development Manager & Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community Formularies are secured and fully compliant.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
Wound care experience both acute and community
Understands the prescription route
Confident product demonstrator
Solid communication skills especially with anatomy & physiology
Someone used to selling into hospitals, quick learner, have a sense of urgency.
You will need to be a strong team player.
The ideal candidate is energetic and looking to make a name for themselves.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding challenging targets
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite software and the internet
A full driving licence

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sr.
Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.

Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sr.
Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Also assists with non-endpoint related projects such as site upgrades (wireless and wired networks, phone system, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide timely solutions to end-user's IT issues, while documenting details via a ticketing system. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Facilitate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices. Perform system refreshes, upgrades, software updates, and hardware maintenance tasks as required, while following and maintaining documentation of process. Utilize and help update knowledge management system pertaining to IT support items. Facilitate in hardware life-cycle management process and asset tracking.
Nonbusiness hours on-call support rotation as needed. Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems Assist with other facets of IT operations and projects as needed. Create and update end-user documentation and knowledge articles.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to educate end-users on how to utilize IT services and applications 2 to 4 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, mobile devices, and printers. 2 to 4 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems 2 to 4 years of experience with troubleshooting Microsoft's M365 suite of applications 1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft's Active Directory and Group Policies (Depending on the site) 1 to 2 years of experience with RF Guns and Label Printers Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions.

Own transport required
The position
This full-time permanent position,you will be responsible for driving around the region based in and around Croydon to complete audits on deliveries.
Rate of pay: £27,289 per annum
Weekly hours: 40 hours plus 30 min unpaid break (8.5 hours per day) concessions made to 6 hours per day based on stores visits +50 miles.
Shift patterns Monday-Friday, within a window of 05:00-17:00
Working Environment: Ambient
Full Driving License and access to your own transport is essential.
A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative
As a Mobile Accuracy Checker, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering our customer store is accurate.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of multiple supplier deliveries at customer store level.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock arriving at stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
