What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to sales processes, such as, managing customer data and records, coordinating with different departments, tracking and analyzing sales reports, and providing administrative support to sales teams.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Receives new orders and completions and enters information into the computer system. Process quotes in SFA. Scans documents. Provides customer service. Traces, expedites and coordinates the shipping of orders and leftovers. Responsible for running and updating backlog and accounts receivable reports and leftover reports. Forecast review and updates. Shipment allocation reports Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms. Minimum Qualifications

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Reach/High Lift Operator you will be expected to receive, store, and distribute material, equipment, and products within the establishment by performing the following on a daily basis: Read orders to determine what products are to be pulled and put on pallets. Receive incoming materials, verifying amount received against packing slip, manifests, invoices or orders and noting any shortages. Prepare product/materials for shipment- supporting the continuous retrieving of material and staging at designated locations along the production line. Record shipment data- including weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for recordkeeping purposes. Support maintenance and organization of warehouse - including cleanliness and housekeeping. Partake in inventory records management- noting stock received and dispersed. Support security of the warehouse and inventory- letting only authorized personnel in warehouse area. Communicate with supervisors on any problems or issues that may arise such as damages, shortages or nonconformance to specifications- escalating further as required to management. Sort and place products and materials on racks, shelves and/or in bins according to product code. Open crates and other containers. Qualifications and Previous Experience:
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1 year previous experience/certification for sit down forklift, stand up forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jack- and ability to demonstrate proficiency on equipment. IT Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages- ability to maintain inventory records electronically. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Representative provides customer service to external customers (distributors, contractors, design teams, and building owners) and internal customers (sales representatives) as it relates to processing product orders.

The Senior R&D Scientist will demonstrate and apply the following skills to their work and has a proven track record of performing this consistently.
Understanding of Scientific Methodology.
Hypothesis driven research and problem-solving capability using experimental design, data analysis and documentation. H&I Cleaning Formulation Science: Surfactants, solvents, chelating agents, builders, enzymes, fragrances, additives, and preservatives Strong analytical science and material science understanding with an emphasis on structure-property relationship Apply expert knowledge of organic chemistry and synthesis to troubleshoot complex formulation issues, enhance product performance, and ensure product stability and safety.
Technical Leadership:
Ability to develop and implement project plans with proven technical leadership, technically guiding complex R&D projects and team members Ability to generate accurate timelines, time management, prioritization, and resource utilization, while measuring progress and providing updates in alignment with our marketing team Ability to make strategic decisions both technically as well as guide staff utilization, advising leaders and scientists to execute initiatives while managing business strategy and value creation Outstanding verbal and written technical communication, interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Has a plan and executes for innovation.
Skillset and track record in identifying and scouting new and innovative ideas. Continuous learning and intimate awareness of open literature and competitive landscape The Senior R&D Scientist works with assistance on the allocation of resources towards initiatives by working with leadership The Senior R&D Scientist demonstrates the ability to have influence in decision making and a demonstrated ability to communicate with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, leadership and external scientific community.

Education Guidelines
BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, or other equivalent scientific field required MS or PhD strongly preferred

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the Atlanta Service Center location including: inventory, warehousing, customer relations, and sales.
You will lead a team of 3 or more employees.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with local sales force assigned to the Service Center regarding inventory, color, and service needs. Manage daily/ weekly cycle counting on physical inventories.
Manage inventory reorder points (ROPs) and reorder quantities (ROQs) levels to yield established on time in full (OTIF) and inventory goals. Manage receipt of inbound and shipment of outbound goods. Assure on Time in Full delivery to customer's request. Perform Root Cause Analysis on OTIF misses. Approval and processing of returned goods and replenishment of orders in a timely manner. Prepare Bills of Lading per Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and guidelines. Assure compliance with all regulatory, safety procedures, housekeeping expectations as defined by management.
Assist in daily warehousing duties as needed. Supervise, monitor and maintain training schedules for all personnel including: safety, DOT, forklift, IATA. Actively communicate with management to keep them advised on all pertinent matters. Preform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum of Associates Degree in a Business-related discipline or minimum 7 years practical experience, 2+ years Supervisor or Management experience Forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.
Desired Qualification:
1+ year sales or retail experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects over 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include 20/20 vision, with or without correction, close vision, distance vision, color vision, full peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Any function may be performed for up to four hours with no breaks.
Operate various warehouse equipment including: forklift, pallet jack and stock picker
