R&D Scientist position for the Analytical and Physical Chemistry team requires strong technical knowledge with experience in the practical application of Rheology and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis to coatings.
Innovation and experience in analysis of coatings or resins, is desired.
This position provides leadership to internal research, and development, product development, and synthesis.
The candidate must also possess demonstrated competencies and experiences in project management, documentation, and communication.
Technology Knowledge:
Experience with viscoelastic or rheology theory and application.
With a demonstrated practical application of concepts.
Required concepts; Dynamic Mechanical Analysis, Rheology, structure property relationship, coatings properties, and polymer properties, Desired concepts; DSC, Tg, polymer and coating property relationships, test method design, statistical correlation studies, Ability to validate or demonstrate concepts and research.
Knowledge of property testing and linking results to consumer impact.
Ability to document procedures, processes, and outcome in detail for ultimate technology transfer package generation Working knowledge of various suppliers for required equipment. Understanding of DOE and statistical analysis to provide highest quality data

3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.
Should have experience with word processing or spreadsheet software, Internet software, and contact management systems.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $90,000 and $130,000 + comprehensive bonus.

The Specification Writer purpose is to develop WTI General Contracting (GC) specifications and Scopes of Work (SOW) that meet contracted purchasing agreements.

The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role is responsible for both proactive and re-active maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and infrastructure in a demanding production environment delivering high plant up time.

As a specialist provider of IT resource to the Housing & Property Technology markets, we are partnering with a Social Enterprise undertaking an exciting expansion and looking to bolster their services to customers and offering you the opportunity to work on some exciting projects as well as BAU.
This is a permanent opportunity offered on a hybrid basis with at least two office days per week at a London office.The objective of the role will be to act as a data steward for a company and ensure that the organisation can be reliably informed by their data.
Your day-to-day activities will cover a breadth of tasks from reviewing data and providing report, insight, and analysis, undertaking market research, identifying opportunities where data suggests and all associated documentation.
You will also compile and maintain a Data Register, deliver performance monitoring, bench-marking, and analysis; compile all statutory reporting returns such as Housemark or NROSH; develop reports & dashboards; act as a data liaison for all system implementations & upgrades; and facilitate data literacy across the organisation.Must Have
A commercial track record in data, information or performance analysis and an understanding of the principles of data management, data manipulation, and data cleansing.
Experience working with Social Housing &/or Property Asset Management data sets.
At least a basic understanding of SQL scripts, and the desire to learn and become more advanced.
MS Excel skills to VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP & Pivot chart/table capability
Identification of data errors through exception reporting and subsequent data cleansing.
Experience working with data from multiple sources.
Nice to have / Will Strengthen Application
Free hand SQL scripting to interrogate data sets.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Power Pivot Tables, DAX, VBA, and/or macros.
Business Intelligence tools - Power BI, SSRS, or MS Report Writer.
Experience working with data sets from social housing and / or with social housing management or property asset management systems (Such as Civica Cx, NEC Housing, MRI/Orchard, Aareon QL, Capita One/OPENHousing, MIS ActiveH, or similar.)
Relevant certification or education.
As an individual you will be an excellent communicator, adept at liaising at all levels with a variety of stakeholders.
You will also be highly analytical with a keen eye for problem solving, excellent presentation skills, and meticulous record keeping.
This role is hybrid, with two days in the office in North London, with the rest working from home.
