We're looking for a Billing Analyst to support the end-to-end billing process for telecoms products and services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's detail-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with teams across finance, sales, provisioning, and customer support to ensure accurate invoicing, timely revenue capture, and a great customer experience.

Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility to support the Territory Manager daily basis in non-selling functions. Responsibility for non-selling tasks such as reading, reporting, and responding to contractor communications under the direction of the Territory Manager.

2+ years of project management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
Strong skills in communication (oral and written), organization, and time management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of sales processes and procedures. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
