JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
The FOM will oversee $30 million+ in annual self-performed revenue in this role.
The FOM will also review and approve proposals, expense reports, specifications (SOW), PTO requests, etc., for all WTI field operations personnel within the specified region.
The FOM will be responsible for safety, quality, and overall productivity and profitability of self-performing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Through leadership and actions, contribute to the development of a Safety-Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with construction managers and GC superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategy to maintain the optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions-related work up to $ 50 K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.
Communicate on a regular basis with RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, progress, and results Personnel updates Forecast, analyze, and report on sales and establish financial performance metrics.
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the regional team's achievement of goals. Provide training and QA/QC inspections at all levels at all levels of work to ensure the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing/facade practices, to include: Field Applications - existing and new material, systems, application parameters, etc. Customer Service Reporting compliance
ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
10+ years of prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team within the building construction industry. Experience taking on strategic initiatives where previous experience may not have been present, and engaging to grow the initiative within the business. Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations. Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continuous, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices, including but not limited to, pricing, company vehicles, safety, order entry, estimating, general contracting procedures, designation and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc. Can service customers in a compliant and financially solvent manner Intermediate skills with financial data and mathematics (understanding of statistics, business metrics, gross margin, operating income, cost management, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make professional presentations to others Must have excellent organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem resolution skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all personality types Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.
Must be able to use technology to perform company tasks (expense management, time keeping systems, intranet, etc.) The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $88,000 and $110,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The General Contracting (GC) Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.
This will involve working with Construction Managers, CM Associates, Project Managers, Service Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, GC Superintendents, Tremco Sales Representatives, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are performed safely, meet customers' expectations, conform to contractual obligations, and meet financial objectives.
Additional duties will include participating in proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the region, also responsible for Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
The GC Manager will create and execute training plans for new CM, CM Associate, and Project Manager positions for new employees.
With the RBM, the GC Manager is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of all GC projects in the region(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place, and that positive results are achieved.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol.
Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to, field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc.
Travel to job sites as needed to support account resources (including rooftop projects).
Travel to customer or sales meetings to support business or account activities.
Accountable for regional cost/budget variance & profitability as it relates to General Contracting.
Accountable for regional Quality Assurance.
Understanding of the subcontractor agreement and corrective notification measures to the subcontractor according to the executed agreement.
Ensure Construction Managers are setting project timelines and goals.
Identify resource or employee concerns and promptly resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation of employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Act as an agent of change and improvement , and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required.
Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management.
Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to:
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality.
Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
Verify the implementation of solutions.
Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
GC Manager will have Cost Model approval authority for projects whose Gross Margin for Service exceeds the stated requirements.
Further approvals may be needed.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes with the available tools.
Assist when needed to review proposals received, conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
Approve Proposals for submission (i.e., pricing, specification, scope).
Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents.
Assist when needed with change order negotiation and approval.
Regular communication with the Regional Business Manager regarding:
Safety compliance
Project approvals, planning, and results.
Personnel and process management
Any issues related to the above that will require collaboration or elevation of authority.

The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed. Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days. Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities. Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager. Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal. Working knowledge of roof coating systems.

Summary:
The Strategic Project Manager is responsible for the broad set of activities required to drive and complete strategic product development and launch initiatives for their assigned product line(s).
This role centers around our professional grade products and they markets they serve; including Professional Coatings, Professional Flooring and Roofing.
This position manages small and medium strategic initiatives which are part of the product platform's 5-year strategic plan coordinating across functions and ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
The Strategic Project Manager is an integral part of the larger Product Management team and reports to the Director, Operations & Project Management.
Responsibilities:
Build partnerships and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and Marketing to ensure timely execution of projects.
Own the Stage Gate new product development process focused on bringing innovative products to the market in a timely manner.
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met alongside Product and Marketing teams.
Communicate project timelines, issues, and results in an effective manner.
Track project costs in order to meet budget and evaluate the changes in ROI due to changes in project scope or timeline.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
8+ years of relevant work experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification not required but a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, organizational impact, and ability to manage projects and mentor people while promoting Rust-Oleum's culture.
Strong decision making and prioritization skills, especially when multiple trade-offs are involved, and faster decisions are required.
High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, time-management, organizational, communication and reasoning skills.
Motivated self-starter who maintains a friendly, courteous, and compassionate demeanor at all times while showing understanding for pain points of stakeholders.
Salary Range: $90,000 - 105,000, bonus eligible
