GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join our team.
The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Revit/Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation to enhance the design, fabrication, and coordination of HercuWall.
This role will involve working closely with product, production, and sales teams to develop accurate and efficient BIM models that support manufacturing processes and ensure seamless integration of designs into the production floor.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit including advanced Family creation.
A strong understanding of factory built panelized systems, general commercial and residential building design along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Provide Revit/BIM training and support, including developing standards and guidelines for BIM implementation. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The BIM Specialist is responsible for transforming conceptual layouts to full fabrication and installable LOD400 models of metal panels that integrate with the building design along with associated shop drawings and custom Revit schedules to facilitate shop fabrication.

Shop Drawings). Coordinate and assist with any addendum, request for information, change proposal requests and change orders; make necessary revisions to existing drawings. Prepare final drawings based on prior work examples and input from designers and/or engineers. Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures. Document RevitBIM standards, processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and discrepancies within Revit/BIM models to ensure smooth coordination between various disciplines. Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate and timely designs in accordance with established budgets and estimates. Prioritize all work in accordance with project deadlines.
