At RAS Supply Chain Integrity, we protect stock accuracy for major Retailers across their supply chains.
From inbound deliveries to outbound dispatch or store back-door, we make sure stock counts are correct, errors are caught early, and retailers can trust what reaches their shelves.
We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Auditors to join our site-based team and carry out daily physical stock checks.
The Role
This is a hands-on auditing position based at our customer's distribution centre.
Your job is to physically check stock for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and document results clearly.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that pallets, cages, and loads match paperwork and delivery requirements before leaving the depot.
If you're naturally precise, enjoy structured work, and take pride in getting it right first time, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies
Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately
Escalating stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally
Working to daily targets and quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
Following site safety procedures and working efficiently in a mixed environment
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a manager.
You need to be accurate, consistent, and reliable.
You'll need
Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations
Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Must be aged 18+
Hours and Shift Pattern
37.5 hours per week (plus daily 30-minute unpaid break)
5 days out of 7
8-hour shifts between:
13:00-21:00

Community Manager- Supported Housing & Homelessness Services Oxford Full Time - 37.5 hours per week (7-day rota) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) Permanent
About the role
We are partnering with a well-established homelessness charity in Oxford to recruit an experienced Community Manager to lead a large supported accommodation service and play a key role within the senior leadership team.
This is a senior, operational role overseeing a 24-bed supported housing project alongside additional move-on accommodation.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality housing management, safeguarding, support services and positive outcomes for people with lived experience of homelessness.
This opportunity will suit an experienced manager from supported housing, homelessness, social care or charity settings who is passionate about enabling people to rebuild their lives through stability, meaningful activity and community.
Key responsibilities
Operational management of a 24-bed supported accommodation service and additional move-on housing
Leadership, line management and development of support staff and volunteers
Oversight of safeguarding, risk management and psychologically informed environments (PIE)
Ensuring high occupancy levels, effective referrals and timely move-on outcomes
Managing needs assessments, support planning and casework systems (CRM)
Working closely with social enterprise, learning & development and fundraising teams
Health & Safety, facilities and premises management
On-call rota participation and emergency response management
Contributing to organisational strategy as part of the senior management team
About you
You will bring:
Significant experience in a supported housing, homelessness or vulnerable adults setting
Proven leadership and people management experience
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, trauma informed practice and strengths based approaches
Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse
Excellent communication, report-writing and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence managing challenging situations calmly and professionally
A strong belief in equality, dignity and the potential of every individual
Desirable experience includes:
Housing management or supported accommodation qualifications
CRM systems such as Homeless Link In Form
Charity, social enterprise or not-for-profit sector experience

An exciting role for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER who has experience of master planning, programming and project managing a number of construction projects for one client.
The projects are in the higher education sector to include maintenance, construction, plant replacement, updating etc.
for lecture theatres, laboratories, catering facilities, roofing, plant replacement and more.
You will be based in my client offices in the City of London but you must be able to travel overseas as required for client and site visits.
THE COMPANY
My client is a firm of construction consultants providing mainly Project Management and Cost Management services.
They have a selection of long standing clients and are extremely busy.
They work on a good range of projects including construction projects for education, data centres, offices and more.
They have both UK and overseas clients.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Senior Project Manager or Associate level Project Manager in the building construction industry.
Ideally you may be chartered with the RICS, CIOB, MAPM or similar and have experience gained with another UK firm of construction consultants or have worked client-side running a roll-out of projects.
You will also be Degree or MSc qualified in a building construction subject e.g.
Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management etc.
You must have a good understanding of all stages of the building process to be able to meet with clients and deal with their required projects from inception to completion.
You will need to have experience of organising the master plan and programming to be able to run and organise a number of projects at a time.
You will run the programme of works dealing with other consultants and contractors and the client.
You need to be willing to travel as the initial projects are based in the Caribbean although your office base will be in the City of London.
You should have a stable work record with other firms of construction consultants or with an end user client.
You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in dealing with people at all levels.
