My client is one of the most recognised and successful law firms in the UK, with over 30 years experience and has seven offices across the UK.
They are now looking to expand further into their Liverpool office and are looking for a New Claims Team advisor.
As a Stage 1 Co-ordinator your role will be to prepare and submit Claim Notification Forms (CNFs and SCNFs) in a timely manner to ensure the team meets its targets.
As part of this role you will be required to liaise with file handlers, third party insurers and clients to obtain missing information.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To prepare CNFs and sCNFs to ensure they are Portal ready and submit via the Portal.
- To make outbound calls to clients and third party insurers to proactively obtain further information.
- To take incoming calls from clients to assist with queries and obtain/update information required for the initial stages of the claim.
- To liaise with external companies and internal departments in a timely and professional manner in order to effectively process CNF and sCNFs.
- To raise DVLA requests.
- To perform Medco searches and send medical instructions.
- To highlight errors on files and any other anomalies.
- To be able to accurately move work between schedules.
- To ensure customers and the business are kept safe through compliance to all procedural and regulatory legislation as required by SRA.
- To take responsibility for your own actions ensuring you keep up to date with all communications, processes and procedures.
Experience & Knowledge
- To be able to develop and maintain the relevant skills required for a Stage 1 Co-ordinator role.
- An ability to answer simple legal queries relating to the MOJ process.
- An ability to answer simple legal queries relating to the OIC process.
- An understanding of VF Legal.
- Strong communication, IT and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities.

The practice has grown year on year across the North West however they pride themselves on being a regional firm as a number of their departments service clients throughout England and Wales.
The ideal candidate will provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a friendly, knowledgeable, customer service focus, you will have some previous experience of the Conveyancing process liaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals assisting on procedural points, taking payments, setting up payments and have full use of the case management system on Fee Earners instructions.
Ideally you will be used to dealing with multiple tasks therefore have good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Have good communication skills both written and verbal and have the ability to work well within a team.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £23-£25k and as mentioned above some of the highlights include attendance bonus, 25 days a year plus bank holidays, Referral schemes, Discounted Services, Staff Introduction Scheme, Annual Christmas Party & Events.

As the Rough Sleeper Coordinator, you'll employ a strengths-based approach, working alongside various local agencies to provide holistic, trauma-informed support to those who are experiencing homelessness.
Your dedication and compassion will empower individuals to overcome adversity, rebuild their lives, and thrive in their community.Whilst not compulsory, applications are particularly encouraged from highly organised individuals with relevant lived experience in areas such as homelessness, housing or drug & alcohol recover.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee our rough sleeper drop in from 8am - 10am weekdays at our Resource Centre.
Ensuring the rough sleeper drop-in service provides a welcoming and safe space, offering essential amenities like showers, breakfast, and food parcels to address immediate needs.
Oversee daily centre operations, design and run innovative, client-tailored workshops, and foster a safe, inclusive environment.
Collaborate proactively with our Direct Access Team (DAT) to engage, verify, and offer support to rough sleepers.
Lead the assessment process for all new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and strengths, to tailor support effectively.
Maintaining and updating the referrals list, regularly checking on the welfare of clients in .collaboration with the DAT
Attend Rough Sleeper meetings with the STSO, led by the Rough Sleeping team from Woking Borough Council.
Monitor the weather and liaise with Woking Borough Council when SWEP (Severe weather protocol) is activated to ensure all our clients experiencing homelessness are offered emergency accommodation.
Attend Streetlink reports and conduct town walks, actively engaging with the community and staying informed about local dynamics to better support clients.
Maintain comprehensive notes on our database, Salesforce, to provide clear and concise information of interactions and outcomes for clients.
Guide clients towards relevant services through informed signposting, empowering them to access resources and support, conducive to their individual journeys.
Actively participate in the varied services provided by YRP, contributing expertise and dedication to the holistic support of clients and the community.
Attend meetings and build relationships with partnership agencies as and when required.
Ensure the health and safety of the resource centre building, carrying out maintenance and health and safety checks on a regular basis.
Key Skills & Experience
Tailor individualised plans for rough sleepers covering housing, healthcare, substance abuse, mental health, and employment.
Build trust and rapport to facilitate access to services and resources.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Effective communication with internal teams, external agencies, and clients.
Conduct outreach activities and engaging with external agencies.
Demonstrate empathy and cultural awareness in client interactions.
Be proactive and resilient nature with the ability to manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism.
Navigate challenges and adapting to dynamic environments effectively.
Able to participate in an on-call weekend rota approximately one weekend in four.
Fluency in other languages such as Romanian or other Eastern European languages would be an advantage
