We are on the hunt for a super talented Head Omakase Sushi Chef to work in the private dining restaurant.There will be an intimate private dining space that can seat 6 guests and will be served by 2 chefs through the experience for 2 seating per day Tuesday to Saturday.This would suit a Head Sushi chef / Omakase Chef from a premium restaurant background, longevity in roles, good BOH management and experience in high quality sushi.
