Specific Requirements:
Run floor scrubber and floor buffer as needed. Empty plant floor trash containers and advise maintenance manager when the trash dumpster is full. Empty all cardboard containers on the plant floor and take cardboard to the recycle dumpster outside the facility. Sweeps plant floor daily removing dust from the plant floor. Assists in cleaning up chemical spills as required.
Follows safety guidelines in doing this task. Monitor supplies of floor cleaner, trash bags, and floor buffer scrubber pads, and makes maintenance manager aware of when these supplies need to be restocked. Reports all spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards to the production supervisor and/or the maintenance manager. Conduct regular cost analysis review while product is being developed to maintain program goals. Work with Product Management, Sales and Marketing to create the products position in the marketplace. Identify program risks and recommend mitigation plans with lowest possible risk and financial exposure. Create and circulate weekly status reports to management team. Manage the entire product portfolio, time-integrated plans for product introduction and product life cycles from strategic planning to tactical activities. Manage the Product Development process through the various stage gates and receive approvals from key stakeholders. Key contributor to multidisciplinary teams as it relates to new product development. Key leader for managing product development programs within the program management software and defining key pillars for the Product Development team. Manage and develop strategic partnerships with the highest degree of teamwork. Maintain current, annual, and new product forecast. Lead program planning efforts to maintain production schedules. Manage transition planning with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing. Develop and manage strategic plans, operational plans and activities, product and applications planning for the new products. Develop and track annual product growth plans. Facilitate introduction of product into new markets. Coordinate with all groups/departments to ensure that the needs of the marketplace, distribution channel, and Legend Brands associates are met.

Hiring Range:

Position Summary:
Responsible for selling all of the assigned company products/services within the assigned sales territory by contacting established customers as well as developing new prospects.

Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of individual sales experience.
Preferred: Previous industrial sales experience within the coatings industry.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours a day.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
May require travel up to 50%, including nighttime.
