We are seeking an experienced Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our nursery in Bicester on a permanent basis.
Set in a busy area with lots going, the children often go on walks through the city, and enjoying being part of a diverse community.

About the role:
You will ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the setting, building trust with both children and parents.
You will play a crucial role in the Early Years development of these children through play and other activities.
Adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, you will make a positive impact on the children in the setting.
About You:
NVQ Level 3 Early Years Qualification or Equivalent
Experience working in a nursery is essential
Passion about Early Years Education
Great communicator, and proactive
Work 38-40hrs a week from 08:00am - 06:00pm
Enhanced DBS on the Updates Service or able to obtain one

Responsibilities of the Residential Support Worker:
Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children's social care - desirable as full training given)
Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
Encourage positive life experiences for the children
Strong experience building report
Strong experience working in a team environment
