GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and operational activities in support of manufacturing.
This role supports the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, hand tools, molds, fixtures, and gauges, including spare parts inventory.

Essential Duties
Provide maintenance support for all process equipment, including repair of down equipment and coordination of maintenance projects
Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment, machine, and process-related issues
Perform maintenance, fabrication, adjustments, and repairs on machinery and equipment
Maintain spare parts inventory, order tools and parts, and ensure accurate maintenance records
Improve and execute preventive maintenance plans, including operator-level procedures
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities
Install, set up, evaluate, and recommend improvements for new and existing equipment
Modify equipment to optimize performance
Coordinate fabrication of fixtures and shop aids
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
Strong understanding of pneumatic /electrical drills, grinders, routers, and motors.
Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, general maintenance processes and methods, power tools, welders and machine shop equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills including equipment breakdown, performing repairs and installation.
Previous welding experience required, certification preferred
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Relevant maintenance experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Strategy & Performance Ownership
Own and evolve the U.S.
eCommerce strategy across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and emerging digital commerce channels aligned to commercial growth, market share, and profitability objectives.
Translate brand and commercial priorities into clear, actionable eCommerce plans across the full funnel (media, content, assortment, pricing, and promotion)
Define quarterly performance plans, KPIs, and investment priorities, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes (e.g., conversion, share, ROAS, traffic)
Lead performance tracking and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scale across the eCommerce ecosystem

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or shopper marketing, preferably within CPG or retail

Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business results
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

As Business Development Manager, you'll work with facilities managers, property managers, procurement teams and business leaders to understand their sites, assess service requirements and develop tailored proposals.
Your focus will be qualifying and converting inbound and marketing-generated enquiries, alongside developing opportunities through referrals, networking and selected tenders.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Business Development Manager will work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure each proposal reflects the practical requirements of the site, protects margins and supports a successful mobilisation.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ROLE:
Win new facilities management and commercial cleaning contracts across a range of commercial sectors.
Qualify warm enquiries, understanding the customer's premises, current arrangements and reasons for reviewing their provider.
Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, property managers and procurement decision-makers.
Conduct site surveys to assess service scope, staffing levels, equipment, access arrangements and operational requirements.
Develop tailored proposals that address service quality, reliability, value for money and customer expectations.
Work with Operations and Finance to prepare accurate costings, pricing models and tender submissions.
Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into recurring service contracts and one-off projects.
Identify opportunities across additional sites and complementary facilities services.
Maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-up activity and provide realistic sales forecasts.
Coordinate clear operational handovers covering service specifications, staffing assumptions, customer commitments and mobilisation requirements.
Achieve agreed revenue, gross profit and conversion targets.
THE PERSON:
Experience as a Business Development Manager, Facilities Sales Manager, Commercial Cleaning Sales Manager, Sales Manager or New Business Manager.
A background selling facilities management, contract cleaning or related outsourced services would be particularly advantageous.
A proven track record of winning recurring B2B service contracts and managing the full sales process.
Confident conducting site visits, identifying customer requirements and translating these into clear service proposals.
Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of labour costs, service delivery costs, margins and contract values.
Able to build credibility with facilities, estates, property and procurement professionals.
Comfortable discussing service standards, contract expectations and operational delivery with customers and internal teams.
Organised and proactive, with strong proposal writing, follow-up and pipeline management skills.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
