General Purpose of Position:
The Client Relations Specialist serves as the liaison with the company's customers, developing relationships, providing guidance and advice, and providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract / specs Day-to-day communication with customers / clients, answer questions, manage conflicts and collect feedback and escalate as appropriate Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services Effectively provide client support and communication Facilitate inter departmental communication to provide effective client support Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships between the company, reps and clients by providing optimal service Assist sales team with identifying opportunities to up-sell / cross sell services and products Identify internal procedures that adversely affect customer satisfaction and work with internal areas to build consensus and accomplish improvements. Liaise between customers, contractors, sales reps and appropriate personnel Interacts with customers including contractors to provide support and information on an assigned product or service Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers, contractor or sales representative problems and concerns Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to validate customers orders and correct as necessary for proper delivery Be familiar with other product and services to support staff of Client Relation Specialists Collaborate with customer service personnel, product management department, service departments and/or sales representatives to streamline information and orders Performs other related duties as assigned Collaborate with regional sales resources to improve their customer service experience Escalate issues or situations as appropriate Understand contractor, sales representative and customer perspectives to improve their order experience Build relationships directly with contractors, sales representatives, customers and internal staff
Experience and Education:
1 to 2 years experience and/or training in this type of work High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills; strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to develop working relationships at multiple levels of the organization Collaborative team player with the ability to build consensus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ability to handle change and ambiguity Effective in a fast paced environment Ability to be self-directed and motivated Ability to work at a focused and continuous pace The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $56,000 and $66,000.

Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs) Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

Uncover construction bid opportunities through General Contractor community, along with state, local and municipal government job boards utilizing Builders Connect, ISqFt, Plan Hub and other virtual bid sites.
Evaluate and understand the specifications from start to close within an order.
Search existing project specifications to create opportunities with Stonhard products as alternative solutions.
Proactively identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo subscription provided) and implement effective sales solutions quickly
Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM
Qualifications:
Two or more years of related sales inside sales experience preferred, specializing in construction, industrial, or commercial markets
Proficiency with takeoff software programs to create bid documents.
