JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customers.
This involves working with other superintendents or Tech Reps assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as managing all sub-contractors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage field crews and subcontractors with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Schedule and manage sub-contractors.
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create and update project schedules.
Keep project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control management of project.
Control and schedule all field inspections.
Verify that project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Generating reports on project status and ensuring owner satisfaction.
Upholding high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy.
Extensive travel is required.
Willingness to travel 100% of area as needed.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
10 years of experience in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems and/or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, building constructions, and field fabrication of metal work.
Maintain project records and interact with owners, subcontractors, and senior leadership.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.

Primarily responsible for lab testing and field trials for new product development, field training of TM's and installers on product installations and system set up and maintenance.
Also acts as a technical liaison for field personnel and various internal departments.

This role is critical to driving growth through culturally relevant storytelling, performance-driven social commerce, and a disciplined, data-led creator ecosystem.
The position reports to the Global Head of The Pink Stuff Brand.
This role owns the end-to-end development of creator-led brand storytelling and affiliate programs, building a scalable and repeatable engine that drives brand relevance, trial, and conversion.
A strong passion for social media, creator culture, and emerging digital trends is essential.
The ideal candidate is highly active on social platforms and brings a deep understanding of what drives consumer engagement, cultural relevance, and measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Content Strategy
- Manage and scale brand-owned social channels, with a focus on TikTok and Meta
- Own and execute the content calendar across trend-based, product, and conversion-driven content
- Identify and act on emerging trends, viral moments, and cultural opportunities in real time
- Create and publish content aligned with platform best practices and audience behaviors
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity
Creator & Influencer Partnerships
- Build and manage a tiered creator ecosystem (UGC, mid-tier, top-tier partnerships)
- Lead outreach, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management
- Establish a structured, tiered approach to the creator network, aligning roles, KPIs, and expectations across partners
- Develop long-term partnerships with high-value creators and brand ambassadors
- Oversee product seeding, campaign activation, and ongoing content output
Affiliate Marketing & Social Commerce
- Own the affiliate program end-to-end-strategy, structure, execution, and optimization
- Define partner segmentation, commission structures, and incentive models
- Manage affiliate platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Impact, AWIN, PartnerStack)
- Drive onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement of affiliates and creators
- Optimize program performance to maximize revenue, conversion, and ROI
Performance Management & Optimization
- Track and analyze key metrics: engagement, reach, CTR, conversion, ROI, and creator-level performance
- Continuously test content formats, messaging, deal structures, and amplification strategies
- Translate insights into clear actions to scale high-performing content and partnerships
- Support paid amplification strategies in partnership with demand generation teams
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Brand, eCommerce, Sales, and Demand Generation teams
- Align programs with launches, promotions, and retail priorities
- Support integrated go-to-market plans
Program & Process Development
- Build scalable systems for creator sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and tracking
- Establish best practices for content and affiliate program execution
- Identify and implement tools and AI solutions to streamline workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-8+ years experience in digital marketing, social, influencer, or affiliate marketing
- Proven success building brands on TikTok and Meta
- Strong understanding of social commerce and affiliate models
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing creator partnerships end-to-end
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to move quickly

Salary Target Range: $95,000 - $120,000, bonus eligible

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Team Leader (Manufacturing) is proficient in all areas of production and efficiently & correctly performs all duties in addition to more complex maintenance and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works under minimal supervision
Adjusts machines to achieve production goals
Collaborates with machine operators in production process
Assists in carrying out production growth strategy
Troubleshoots complex processing problems with little or no assistance
Actively participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Determines priorities and creates procedures to meet objectives of the plant
Ensures maintenance is completed according to Preventative Maintenance Plan
Cross trains on all production areas in the facility (i.e.
safety, production, equipment)
Sets production schedule based on plant and customer needs utilizing factors such as lead time and manufacturing efficiency
Supports and validates the work of machine operators by answering questions, preparing production lines, and providing general direction
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Four to seven years' related experience and/or training.
