The Role
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of a variety of Residential Conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, first registrations, auctions, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, site acquisition and development.
Key Responsibilities
Handle your own caseload of residential property matters independently
Supervise and mentor support staff when required
Play an active role in business development, including networking and building client relationships.

The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager
Experience of working in healthcare/sales/sports science.
Physio or OT background looking for a sales role
2-3 Years market experience an advantage working in healthcare/sales/sports science.
Good planning and time management skills.
Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is preferrable.
Negotiation and presentation skills are vital to the success of this position.
Understanding of the UK market is highly desired.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Maintain a high degree of competent communication both inside and outside the Company.
