GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Material Installer applies coating material to new residential construction (homes, condos, and multi-family projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the vehicle to be transported to the jobsite.
Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation.
Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation.
Perform quality checks after products are installedto ensure the job is completed toboththe builder's and Tremco's scope.
Ensure thework areas at theshop and jobsite arecleanedand that trash and wasteare properly disposed.
Complete any necessary paperwork as required for each job.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Keep timesheetsupto date and accurate.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Team Leader (Manufacturing) is proficient in all areas of production and efficiently & correctly performs all duties in addition to more complex maintenance and continuous improvement.
This is for the evening shift, which is 7:00 pm - 7:30 am.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works under minimal supervision
Adjusts machines to achieve production goals
Collaborates with machine operators in production process
Assists in carrying out production growth strategy
Troubleshoots complex processing problems with little or no assistance
Actively participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Determines priorities and creates procedures to meet objectives of the plant
Ensures maintenance is completed according to Preventative Maintenance Plan
Cross-trains on all production areas in the facility (i.e.
safety, production, equipment)
Sets production schedule based on plant and customer needs utilizing factors such as lead time and manufacturing efficiency
Supports and validates the work of machine operators by answering questions, preparing production lines, and providing general direction
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education requirement
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 4+ years' experience

Proficient in Windows and MS Office products (Word, Excel, & Outlook)

General Description:
The Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the National Account Team Lead and other Program Managers in a behind-the-scenes type of role.

Delivering invoices to customer specific locations (work order systems, customized email addresses, etc.) Tracking inspection programs.
Working in internal systems to track roof inspection data.
Maintaining a master inspection tracker showing where small pieces of entire programs are in relation to completion. Maintain a weekly schedule to WTI field technicians and Program Manager (to share with customer). Inputting budgets, editing, and categorizing recommendations from WTI field technicians.
Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.
Delivering reports to Program Manager/customer.

The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
