The role will involve working as part of a team specialising in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and other legal documents tailored to the client's needs, attending meetings and negotiations as legal adviser with opposing parties, assisting with the resolution of disputes concerning commercial contracts, managing a caseload and, where appropriate, coordinating work allocation with wider Off-Site ES (for which the commercial solicitor will provide oversight), as well as acting as a point of reference to assist with queries and much more.
The ideal candidate would have 1-6 PQE.
Knowledge of the water industry/inhouse experience is desirable, however, if you fall outside of these parameters and feel you have the necessary skills, other applications are welcome.
