Position Summary:
Apply and interpret standard scientific or engineering theories, concepts and techniques in a scientific or engineering specialty requiring a working knowledge of related disciplines.
Work on a wide range of problems where causal relationships are progressively difficult to establish and the use of creative thinking is required.
Extends the responsibilities of Development Chemist.
Report to Lab Manager, or more senior R&D personnel.
Essential Functions:
Prepare project requests or research proposals on assigned projects.
Create ideas for new products or approaches and conduct individual investigations.
Apply creative approach to problem solving and formulation. Test various technologies for use in coatings.
Analyze results, report findings, and provide guidance on viability.
Execute laboratory projects independently or as part of a team and continuously assess effectiveness.
Develop research findings, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
Prepare and present written or oral reports. Contribute to research programs of others through communications and participation in technical work groups and design teams. Responsible for meeting project goals within time, quality and budget constraints.
Utilize initiative to keep projects on track. Coordinate work of others, anticipate, and resolve priority conflicts. Supervise efforts of technicians. Acquire and maintain technical expertise in the coatings industry and its technologies. Understand and follow safety, technical, and quality procedures using Carboline or industry standards.
Train others as required.
Ensure subordinates are trained and utilize appropriate procedures. Communicate and verify technical information directly to various departments, suppliers, customers, and other RPM companies. Work with hazardous materials.
Capable of understanding and using appropriate information and personal protective equipment.
Train subordinates or others and ensure their compliance. Maintain clean, safe working areas.
Assess working condition of equipment. Alerts others to deviation, hazards or quality issues. Take an active role in hazard recognition and injury prevention by following all safety rules & regulations and immediately report all injuries and incidents to your supervisor. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Receives annual training in RCRA Hazardous Waste and Carboline's Contingency Plan and will adhere to this training while performing their job. Requirements:
4-year Chemistry or related science degree 3+ years chemistry experience, or more advanced chemistry or related science degree with no required experience.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 50 pounds; exposure to chemicals including but not limited to: Amines, Polyamides, Isocyanates, Epoxies, Alkyds, Acrylics, and certain inorganic compounds.
Personal protective equipment would be utilized.
Must pass annual respirator medical evaluation and pulmonary function test as required by OSHA.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Specification Development Stage:
Select the WTI Superintendent for the project. Responsible for specification detail drawings approval.

Pre-Bid Stage:
Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid Meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting minutes on the form Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Rep, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor.
Bidding Stage:
Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule Assists Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting Provides superintendent with necessary subcontractor information from Bid Form site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc, prior to the Pre-Construction meeting Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties
Construction Stage:

General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships. Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.

This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.

Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.

The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Support the marketing team in ensuring that all materials are updated, on-brand, and ready for distribution, while also gaining hands-on experience in design, content creation, and project management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and Audit Existing Literature: Conduct a thorough review of all current marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, website content, etc.) to identify elements that are outdated or do not conform to the new branding. Create a list of documents that need to be revised, including identifying any inconsistencies or missing elements. 2.
