GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Obtain and maintain active status of all licenses that Tremco CPG Inc., Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
and Weatherproofing Technologies Canada, Inc.
required to sell materials, provide roofing services, general contracting services, and engineering services in the United States and Canada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all federal, state and local business licenses, general contracting licenses, engineering licenses, and roofing contracting licenses are current.
Maintain a Smartsheet or Excel database to record license status Interact with businesspeople on licensing matters Interact with and direct activities of CSC (or similar service provider) to ensure license renewals occur in a timely fashion Interact with and direct activities of Nationwide (or similar service provider) to manage the status of license qualifiers and exam scheduling for contracting and engineering licenses Timely process payments for license and qualifier fees Effectively communicate with relevant federal, state and local licensing agencies. Perform general administrative duties, including, but not limited to: Drafting and finalizing department correspondence Electronic scanning and filing Creating PowerPoint or other presentation materials. Position Summary:
Responsible for a wide variety of manufacturing and facility maintenance and repairs.
Essential Functions:
Experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems from 24v DC to 480v AC (single and three phase), in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Experience with maintaining and repairing Form Fill and Seal machines (Ilpak and Triangle) 2.
Automation equipment, specifically Fanuc robots, conveyors, bag check weighers, palletizers, wrappers, and carton-bag machines. Experience repairing pumps, chemical bulk storage and mixing tanks and industrial mixers. Perform daily preventative maintenance and repair on facilities and production equipment. Perform system repairs including filters, belts, bearings, and drives. Ability to learn and complete documentation of work performed, including maintaining spare parts inventory in computer-based software. Maintain strong commitment to safety, as well as document daily EPA readings and perform routine safety repairs/inspections.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma 5 years' machine maintenance experience in an Industrial Environment.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in pneumatics and welding a plus.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.

As a HGV Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HGVs to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
This full-time permanent role offers a basic salary of up to £42,000, OTE £60,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for
* Interpret work orders by establishing the agreed work; if unclear, communicate with the service team for accuracy.
* Complete all tasks requested on the work order and report any additional defects or deficiencies to the Workshop Controller.
* Accurately record all work completed and required on job cards, following all necessary processes.
* Ensure timely completion of services and supporting documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the company's dealership brands.
* Complete online training within agreed timescales.
