Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Deliver customer support through industrial trials, mill audits, special projects, data analysis, and detailed reporting to retain existing customers and attract new ones Compile and analyze industrial trial process data, and prepare detailed reports providing conclusions and action items from industrial trial runs. Keep thorough and updated records of activity history with active and potential cement additive customers. Design and execution of plant industrial trials and mill audits. Education and Experience:

Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and raw and finish mill circuit operation. Basic understanding of cement additives chemistries. Ability to interpret lab outputs (e.g., XRD, clinker microscopy, isothermal calorimetry, and physical test results) to develop customer-specific strategies and product recommendations. GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Estimator is responsible for prioritizing and developing all bids and proposals pricing for significant building and commercial projects.

The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
