Responsibilities:
The summer intern would work under mentorship of a senior scientist / Supervisor to perform collaborative research for development adhesives or repair products with unique and differentiated properties.
The intern will work on Water-based exterior high-performance sealant development and/or new packaging options for kitchen & bath as well as related performance evaluations. Will involve making batches in mixing equipment and testing properties such as texture, density, viscosity and pH. Test specimen substrates also will be constructed according to ASTM specifications for performance testing of compounded sealants. Requirements

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will be responsible for overseeing $30(+) Million in annual self-performed revenue.
The FOM will be responsible for reviewing and approving proposals, expense reports, specifications (SOW), PTO requests, etc.
for all WTI field operations personnel within the specified region.
The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for the safety, quality, and overall productivity and profitability of self-performing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Contribute, through leadership and actions, to the development of a Safety Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions related work up to $50K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.
Communicate regularly with RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, progress, and results Personnel updates Forecast, analyze, and report on sales and establish financial performance metrics.
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the achievement of goals for the regional team. EXPERIENCE:
10+ years prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team within the building construction industry. Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Act as a super user and the main point of contact for all internal PIM users across various departments, including product marketing, sales, and IT.

Manage the collection, maintenance, and distribution of product data for several categories of hardware and home improvement products. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information across all digital platforms and channels. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering 2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience. Understanding of process control methods, flowmeters, level monitors, and other process controls within a batch manufacturing process.
Ability to read and interpret process drawings (process flow diagrams and P&ID's).
PLC with ladder logic analysis.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
PC usage with MS Office Suite (AutoCAD experience a plus), strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills both written and verbal.

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000

What is required?
Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred. Proven Success in Business Development and Project management; interacting at all levels. Strong capacity to learn a new industry. High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
