JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.
This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed and completed safely and all contractual obligations are adhered to.
Additional duties will include participating in onsite meetings, scope of work development, proposal review, specification review, completion of project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, project closeout documents, and other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to and validating proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (specification development, establishment of milestone dates) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Pre-Proposal Meetings Proposal Phase Construction Phase Conduct pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Ensure the subcontractor has submitted the required documents. Establish timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report as required. Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM when needed. Assist in the review of submitted proposals and contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Review of line-item generated proposal documents. Direct Project Superintendents as needed. Competencies: Adaptable, willing to change with business necessity Professional and lead by example Diversity awareness and ability to adjust to multiple personalities Planning and organizational skills.
Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Technical knowledge of all products and services that WTI offers Understanding of Construction Management tasks Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills Able to create performance reporting 24-hour reply response to all inquiries Ability to use and understand Microsoft Office and other software as required. Specification Development Stage: Works with the Construction Manager and Sales Representative to establish a scope of work for the project. Completion of specification requests and related documents. Responsible for specification review as required by the Construction Manager. Pre-Proposal Stage: Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distributes completed Pre-Proposal Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals. Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager. Pre-Construction Stage: Publish the Project Schedule. Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information. Conducts Pre-Construction Meetings and distributes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Obtain Building Permit when required. Construction Stage: Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager. Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all appliable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed. Close Out Stage: Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files. Job Summary:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Use DAKOTA as the compliance tool to report incidents, near misses and non-conformances, and to maintain compliance with EH&S. Work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Prepare capital projects for submission to management.
Included are costs, schedule, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and needed procedures. Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on time and on budget completion. Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs. Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives. Lead Engineer for the production processes. Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan.

in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Chemical Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring safety, maintaining product quality, and enhancing process efficiency in a chemical production environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively engage in safety management, addressing intermediate-level issues with shift supervisors.
Independently conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
Proactively identify and address safety concerns.
Use DAKOTA software for compliance, incident reporting, and safety management.
Develop and refine "standard work" practices to better understand and apply LEAN principles.
Manage tasks on Engineering Tier and accountability boards, and conduct daily GEMBA Walks.
Lead projects focused on eliminating non-value-added activities using engineering principles.
Enhance equipment efficiency and participate in quality training programs.
Manage process equipment projects with moderate complexity.
Contribute as an active member of the facility's Quality Improvement Council (QIC).
Oversee medium-scale process equipment projects with budget considerations.
Mentor less experienced engineers.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
4-year degree in engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of experience.

Tremco Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of products for the construction and new building maintenance markets and a fast-growing division of RPM.
Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. This position requires 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.
You must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management.
Travel is required. Additional duties will include participating in development and enforcement of jobsite safety plans, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Also, responsibilities will include Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
Core understanding of General building standards knowledge, Scheduling, Shop drawing review.
OSHA 10 Hour Certification is required.
