The Technical Sales Representative ensures that the assigned revenue, margin, and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned metal panel accounts in the state of Florida.
The candidate must live in the greater Orlando territory and be available to travel the entire state of Florida.
Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, glazing accessories and more for new construction and restoration.
Our products can be seen on structures from parking garages and mixed-use buildings to single-family homes and high-rises, and are also used in the modular, residential window and door, industrial and manufacturing markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.
Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals.
Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect.
Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows.
Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings.
Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company.
Performs other related duties as required, requested or assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR
Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Two plus years sales experience and/or training with ACM metal panels
Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, glazing etc.)
Basic knowledge of product chemistries

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.

Ensure timely completion of month-end close procedures to adhere to strict deadlines. Work alongside construction managers and other operations team members to perform monthly control activities related to percentage of completion revenue recognition. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with construction team members Prepare monthly reconciliations associated with contract assets and WIP Collaborate with contract admin team to document processes and enhance control environment. Review monthly balance sheet and income statement analytics and other procedures as part of the month-end close to ensure transactions have been properly captured. Perform monthly and quarterly controls within company policies and procedures. Successfully interfaces with internal audit and external audit resources.

Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong certification management background who have completed lead auditor training and possess a structured, analytical approach to reporting.
Experience in multi-scheme approvals for QMS (ISO 9001), EMS (ISO 14001), HSMS (ISO 45001), and ISMS is highly advantageous.
Auditors will work remotely, collaborating with a diverse range of clients to help them navigate and achieve ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audits for various industrial clients, ensuring compliance with internationally recognised standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Utilise industry knowledge to guide companies through the assessment process and maintain high professional auditing standards.
Prepare accurate and concise reports detailing findings and areas of improvement, adhering to defined KPI timescales.
Act as Client Manager for key accounts, ensuring efficient coordination of audit programs and teams.
Engage in continuous professional development to expand technical knowledge and auditing techniques.
Travel as required to conduct onsite assessments while also leveraging remote auditing capabilities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 is required.
Additional qualifications in ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, or ISO 50001 are beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail in audit reporting.
