JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Field Engineering team supports projects with diverse scopes of work.
As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing, researching, and documenting cross-departmental assignments that contribute to the growth and operational excellence of Pure Air Control Services, a division of Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams, including sales personnel and field team, to develop a scope of work and estimate the cost of a project.
Organize material and complete reports according to pre-defined standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Gather and analyze large amounts of technical data, drawings, and field notes to develop a clear understanding of building HVAC systems. Translate incomplete or fragmented information into accurate system concepts, identifying key mechanical, electrical, and control components. Evaluate project requirements, specifications, and system layouts to determine where company products and solutions can be effectively integrated. Clearly explain technical observations and engineering assessments to project managers, sales teams, and operations staff in both verbal and written form. Prepare concise reports highlighting system conditions, risks, and recommended actions, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering field (preferred) Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including design consulting, commissioning, or test and balance.
CxA (Certified Commissioning Authority) or CxT (Certified Commissioning Technician) certification preferred; candidates actively pursuing certification will also be considered.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems.
Familiarity with current building, energy, and mechanical codes and standards.
Understanding of HVAC design principles, including heating load, air change, and ventilation requirements, and applying different HVAC systems (Constant volume, VAV, 100% OA, ERV units, etc.).
Understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals, including load calculations, conceptual systems analysis through construction documentation design, equipment design and layout, and duct and pipe sizing.
Customer service oriented.
Proficient computer skills and strong technical writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Well organized and possess superior time management abilities to support several projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and self-directed while remaining a team player.
Ability to travel out of state up to 50% of the time.
This role offers the opportunity to expand into project management responsibilities, with Field Engineers eventually overseeing small projects and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $58,000 and $75,000.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Performs tasks and maintains logs required in preparation of hazardous waste for disposal.
Under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager, the hazardous waste attendant is responsible for collecting, separating, containing, sealing, weighing, marking, labeling, and preparing waste for transport in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Empty obsolete lab retains into appropriate collection containers for proper disposal.
Empty obsolete finish goods into appropriate collection containers for proper disposal. Empty collected drums of waste into Kiln Direct box. Must keep accurate logs. Empties, organizes, and keeps clean containers according to applicable regulations. Ensures waste compliance under supervision. Monitors waste collection and capacity; alerts manager to ensure that units are emptied before reaching full capacity. Operates and monitors the distillation units. Inspects and accurately inventories waste staging areas. Must maintain a valid forklift operator's certification. Assist in the on-site transfer of waste to staging areas as necessary. Assists vendors and transporters with waste collection and provides manifests. Maintains waste area in a clean and orderly condition. Always ensures safe working conditions; utilizes safety equipment and/or protective equipment as directed (i.e.
safety gloves and eye protection) and follows defined safety procedures. Maintain Spill Kit and absorbent pad inventories; notifies manager for deficiencies. Assists in the collection of samples that are required. Reports any problems or deviations to the manager immediately. Receive environment and safety training as required. JOB DESCRIPTION
General Purpose:
To provide safety leadership to all Tremco CPG field employees (including but not limited to Regional Techs, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensure site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct both virtual and physical visits to perform site safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*This should take place at least 75-80% of the week.

Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner, and Tremco regulations throughout all regional projects.
Assist site leadership in developing site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning, and equipment.
Assist the Director of Health and Safety with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new or updated policies (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs).
Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems.
Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance with our subcontractors with applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco, and their own).
Act as a subject matter resource for workers within the field in producing a documented assessment of safe working processes, risk potentials, and solutions/corrective measures.
Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively.
Review the safety obligations of the clients and ensure they are carried out as per the terms of the agreement, and communicate to the Field Leadership and Safety Supervisors.
Assist the Director of Health and Safety with EHS Notification and Incident Investigation processes, as well as implementation of response action items.
Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy.
Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and take corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties, and documentation has been completed.
Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field.
As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with the Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed.
At minimum must have 30 Hr.
OSHA Training.
(With willingness to get 500 Hr.
OSHA Training to operate asan official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program.)
Ensure all new employees within the Region meet their training objectives, e.g., complete their Day 1 Orientation, iLead New Employee Training, and Tremco (OSHA) Construction 10 Hr.
Training within 1 month of their employment.
Qualifications:
An Occupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma, or Nationally Recognized Safety Certification or Designation is a mandatory requirement.
Minimum 8 years of Health and Safety field experience that includes strong skills in incident investigation
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
The ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities.
Experience in the building maintenance and/or general construction safety industries strongly preferred.
Work remotely with the ability to travel 75% or greater

Professional Safety Certifications are a plus The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $82,000 and $102,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

A well-established construction engineering business is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
You'll be joining at a key time as the organisation expands its technical capability, with ambitious growth plans and multiple mergers and acquisitions planned.
The business is looking for a hands-on InfoSec professional who can manage how data is handled, accessed, secured and maintained across its lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage data lifecycle processes, ensuring data is secure, accessible and properly maintained from creation through to deletion
Oversee third-party and supplier security, ensuring appropriate controls and risk management are in place
Manage and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and related data handling activities
Support patch management and vulnerability remediation across systems and applications
Utilise tools such as Microsoft Purview to manage data visibility, classification and control
Identify and mitigate information security risks across systems, suppliers and processes
Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR and wider business teams to embed strong security practices
Develop reporting and insights on security and data activities, ideally using Power BI
Support ongoing security improvements in line with business growth and M&A activity
Requirements:
Strong experience in Information Security, with a focus on data handling and lifecycle management
Practical experience managing third-party/supplier risk
Good understanding of GDPR and data protection, particularly in real-world application (e.g.

Experience with Microsoft Purview (Varonis beneficial but not essential)
Knowledge of patching and vulnerability management
Ability to operate in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment rather than pure governance
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Power BI experience for reporting is highly desirable
