The Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of quality-based care across our service users within designated regions.
You will oversee clinical governance, implement new care packages, and ensure our care teams are trained and competent to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Implement new packages of care and manage ongoing clinical needs.
Conduct care planning, risk assessments, and medication audits.
Deliver care aligned with person-centred plans for conditions such as:
Cerebral Palsy, MND, MS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
Ventilation (Invasive/Non-Invasive), Tracheostomy
Spinal Injury, Acquired Brain Injury, Paediatric Complex Care
End-of-life care, Learning Disabilities
Ensure staff competency in clinical skills and specialist equipment.
Provide clinical supervision and sign-off for care teams.
Maintain accurate patient records and regulatory compliance.
Participate in audits and quality monitoring processes.
Regular travel within the region for client visits.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Post-qualification experience in complex care, community nursing, ICU, ED, or similar.
Strong communication, documentation, and IT skills (Microsoft Teams).
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Desirable:
Competence in tracheostomy care, ventilation, suctioning, enteral feeding, medication management, and bowel care.
Level 3 Teaching & Training qualification.
Experience in training and signing off staff competencies.

Account conflict resolution with corporate contacts and field sales as needed.
Presentations to corporate and sales management on account development progress and success.
Provide coaching to Tremco reps and Tremco corporate account representatives assigned to manage / develop National Account opportunities (communication, messaging, presentation preparation, pricing, best practices, contract negotiations, proposal submission etc.).
Actively communicate with Tremco representatives to ensure they are aware of all National Account responsibilities within their territory (goals and parameters of specific National Account programs; key contract elements; messaging to local site level contacts; expectations, deliverables, and timelines etc.).
Participate in monthly meetings with Tremco/Grainger teams to update on past 30 day / next 30-day activities tied to National Account programs.
Lead discussions with current and future National Account clients regarding OneTremco / WTI's capabilities in the area of new construction and existing infrastructure.
Identify and target National Account clients biggest pain point, and drive education centered around building envelope
solutions (roofing, rooftop safety, HVAC, façade, flooring, air barrier, below-grade waterproofing, parking structures etc.).
Collaborate with WTI's Accounts team and aligned Tremco representatives to build complex, comprehensive long-term asset management plans (i.e.
5 to 10-year capital plans) that leverage cost avoidance opportunities by prioritizing proactive maintenance, repair, and restoration over replacement.
Accountability:
Meet and exceed sales targets / plan based on National Accounts program goals.
Add and develop new accounts within the National Accounts portfolio.
Develop and facilitate senior level relationships at strategic accounts to leverage incremental sales growth.
Ability to support international team and coordinate projects remotely (U.S., Canada, International).
Provide monthly / quarterly reports on National Account activity.
Assist in managing opportunities and reporting within Tremco's CRM systems.
Provide monthly status updates regarding National Account activities, as part of the National Accounts intake process.
Provide updates as part of the National Accounts MPGT monthly communication.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Product Resolutions Specialist provides coordination and administrative assistance pertaining to the Product Complaint & Resolution Process or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal) and works with internal and external customers to quickly and accurately resolve product quality and product application complaints in accordance with ISO standards and/or established guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initialize complaints, assign tasks to cross functional team, (Technical Service, Sales, Research and Development, Distribution, Manufacturing, Product Management, etc.) and follow up to ensure complaints are resolved in accordance to established processes and ISO standards.
Develop and maintain an understanding of SAP and product complaint transactions and/or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal). Coordinate analytical testing with Sales, Technical Application Specialists and Laboratory Analysts as it relates to the Product Complaint and Resolutions Process. Assist with training on the Product Complaint & Resolution Process and/or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal) for both internal and external customers.
Meet regularly with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality and Technical Teams) to review Product Complaint trends and current open complaints for all Tremco CPG product lines. Update Product Complaint Manual in accordance with our ISO standards and/or established guidelines. Place product orders, track and provide follow-up for the Technical Service Department (certification testing, field trials and project testing, etc.). Answer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and/or text from internal and external customers regarding all Tremco CPG product complaints along with inquiries from Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Tremco Sales Reps, Distributors and Homeowners regarding all Tremco CPG products. Act as back up support for the Technical Resource Center. Assist team on special projects and assignments as needed.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business, Science, Construction Management or a similar field preferred; in lieu of degree, 5 years of direct customer complaint and claims experience is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years related experience and/or training Basic/working knowledge of Tremco CPG products. Customer service experience preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel to Tremco job sites to further enhance product knowledge, support the sales force, and gain new experience with Tremco products.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and situations over the phone and through written correspondence. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing the necessary level of customer and technical service to customers. Knowledge of the English language for structure and content, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
