Prepare samples, using various lab equipment and following detailed instructions provided by manager, performing standard tests and evaluations of samples, and following established methods and procedures including color evaluation on the color computer.
Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
Maintaining accurate and thorough records of observation and results, communicating them verbally and in reports requested by supervisor, and monitoring test fences.
Compile results of tests and analyses.
Set up and conduct experiments, tests, and analyses using standard paint test procedures and physical and chemical techniques.
Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests.
Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams, and by conducting laboratory and plant safety audits.
Prepare paint batches for products and following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas.
Preform lab support activities which may include routine maintenance or upkeep of equipment and lab areas.
Work schedule: Days 5:45AM-4:15PM (Monday-Thursday)
Pay: $24-$27 per hour

About the team
This is a fast-paced service, the team works within a hospital environment.

About you
A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.
You will be carrying out the necessary assessments in relation to adult social care and using strength-based approaches to creatively identify solutions.
Experience of working with complex care, hospital discharge, community and review will be desired for this post.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Management. 5+ years of strategic and in-depth, hand-on supply planning experience APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent (preferred) Knowledge and experience using ERP (SAP/IBP preferred) and planning systems required. Strong EXCEL skills, ability to create data analytical tools Exceptional ability to think creatively, generate options, build consensus, and execute. Strong project leadership, strategy development, process design, and change management skills. Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and being resilient in a dynamic multifaceted business environment. Passion for driving continuous improvement; mature existing processes, systems, etc. Lead and solve complex organizational problems with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate and communicate effectively both cross-functionally and with executive leadership, senior management, peers, and team members.

As a Maintenance Mechanic you will keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the facility in repair by Pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Here's what you can expect every day: Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including pumps, motors, filling and packaging equipment, conveyors, palletizers, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, drives, gearboxes, and utilities. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure equipment reliability. Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes. Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime. Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.
Ensure shift to shift hand-off is complete. Support and complete small capital projects. Required Experience:
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing High School Diploma or equivalent Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required Ability to do basic math. Accurately enter and retrieve computer data. Ability to operate machinery Ability to solve problems in a team environment. Active participation in our Continuous Improvement Process. Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds. Willing to work overtime as required
