Single testing
30 min sight tests with advanced equipment
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using advanced equipment ( Topcon OCT -Topcon Myah - Topcon SL-7 Slitlamp- Pulsair EasyEye- Zeiss HFA- 3 i-Clarity Enterprise PMS - fully digital records)
A focus on customer care ensuring every patient leaves happy
Long standing team with very low staff turnover

Specialist services - Myopia management
Working 2 days a week - a Monday with the 2nd day being flexible

The Role of Field Service Engineer:
- Service, repair & maintenance of 3 & 5 axis machine tools
- Installation, repair & maintain 2 axis-9 axis lathes
- Develop & maintain working relationships with current customers
- Fault finding on Fanuc controls
- Mechanical repairs including ball screws, spindles, bearings and axis alignments
- Communicate daily with the line manager, providing detailed reports
- Carry out and maintain service stock
- Upload of daily worksheets to database
- Travel throughout the UK & Spain when required (with notice) to support colleagues abroad and attend training
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
- Must be a time-served engineer in machine tool service or CNC maintenance role
- 5 years of experience servicing or repairing multi-turret lathes or spindles
- Previous experience working on Fanuc controls
- Holds an HNC-level mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent (desirable)
- Able to interpret electrical drawings and use a meter for basic fault finding
- Willing to travel and stay away from home on a weekly basis
- Ability to work & communicate professionally at customer's premises
- Full clean UK driving licence and valid UK passport
