Our client, a leading financial services organisation headquartered in London, is seeking an MLRO to oversee and strengthen its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing framework.
The successful candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, acting as the key point of contact with regulators, driving best practice across the business, and embedding a strong compliance culture.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Extensive experience in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering framework oversight, including AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC/EDD, and transaction monitoring.
Prior exposure to managing Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) and oversight of regulatory filings.
Strong understanding of relevant UK/EU regulatory landscape (e.g.
FCA, AML regulations) and experience implementing / interpreting regulation into policy and process.
Proven leadership ability - able to influence cross-functional teams (legal, operations, reporting, audit etc).
Excellent communicator - able to articulate complex issues clearly to senior stakeholders and the board.
High level of integrity, professionalism, attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure.

Leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the AML/financial crime control framework: policies, processes, monitoring & reporting.
Overseeing investigations of potential financial crime, managing SARs, and ensuring timely, accurate regulatory reporting.
Acting as the key liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors on matters of financial crime compliance.
Providing expert advice and training to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance awareness and ownership across the organisation.
Ensuring oversight of customer due diligence (CDD/KYC/EDD) and transaction monitoring, with robust processes for on boarding as well as ongoing reviews.
Preparing and delivering regular reports to senior management / board with insight, risk assessments, metrics, emerging themes.

Key areas of support:
Our Customer has a very good sense of humour so wants someone who she can have a laugh with as she loves to build rapport with new people in her team.
She is a very social person who loves to go to farms, out for walks, clubbing and to friendship circle.
She also loves to go on walks and out in her car, it is essential you support her to access a variety activities.
Whilst doing so her safety is at the forefront of everything, this can mean physical intervention may be used to keep her safe, being able to work collaboratively in a team is fundamental as her behaviours can often be unpredictable.
She also suffers with Epilepsy, her seizures may not be regular but do require rescue medication and can lead to then supporting her in hospital.
Our customer requires someone who is engaged and will use and understand her signs to communicate, many will be unique to her.
This a key part of building a rapport with her to understand when things may trigger her causing behaviours that challenge.
Our customer is very independent in doing her own personal care but will still need 2 people to support her whilst she does so, she loves being pampered and all things girly and bling, on occasions she may need prompting or direct support.
When it comes to meals the support team will do the cooking for safety purposes but our customer enjoys to help in the preparation of meals, it is also important we upkeep her living environment.
Whilst this a an established team, our customers needs will be changing as her support is ongoing, therefore we need people who can easily adapt to anything that may arise.
Due to the specialism of this role the successful candidate must be prepared to work within other areas of the business in and around Swindon should the need arise.

The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
