As TCI expands its product and service offerings to customers across the nation and beyond, TCI is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative who can engage with a diverse customer base.
Candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply, as this role involves providing both English-and Spanish-speaking customers.
The CSR is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service and sales assistance for all customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Essential Skills and Requirements

The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.
The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests

* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Class B CDL driver s license.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.

Intimate knowledge of product line.

£13.68 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.21 per hour + £1.47 = £13.68 p/h holiday pay)

Are you looking for a temporary Festive Job in Retail?
RAS Store Support have Clothing Stock Replenishment opportunities for a long-standing major UK client to support with their annual festive promotional event.
Clothing Stock Replenishers will unpack and sort inbound deliveries of clothing and accessories to ensure the clothing department is replenished to an exceptional standard.
What we are looking for:
Reliable and dependable people with an interest in retail.
Excellent and effective communicators with ability to work under pressure.
Hard working and energetic individuals who can manage manual handling and lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
Unpack, sort and tag stock from inbound deliveries and warehouse back-up.
Prepare the stock ready for merchandising.
Maintain excellent replenishment standards and ensure fixtures and working areas are always clean and tidy.
Work with the clothing department colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed ready for trading.
Interacting with customers and provide service when required.
Ensuring Health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
Successful Candidate Essentials:
Complete the e-learning induction prior to attending first shift.
Must have access and use of a mobile device with location services activated for the purposes of time and attendance tracking.
Ability to commit to the duration of the schedule.
What you'll get in return:
£12.21 per hour plus holiday accrual + £1.47 = £13.68 p/h
Up to 6 shifts per week between Monday to Saturday (Store dependent)
Store Dependent - Shifts may be between 3-6hours, with latest finishing time at 10pm

A Service Engineer paying £30,500, Overtime paid at 1.5, Van, Fuel Card, Laptop, Mobile phone, private medical insurance, full training is given.
8am - 5pm,(Monday to Thursday early finish on a Friday).
A large ‘blue chip' Multinational company are recruiting for a Service to work ‘on site' one of their customers manufacturing facilities.
The functions of the role would be to inspect, repair, provide preventative maintenance to compressors, blowers and pumping systems upon vehicles - full training given.
Location of the service Engineer position: Aylesbury A van is provided for the role as occasional breakdowns would need to be attended to.
We would be very keen to speak to people that have experience working in the following roles: HGV Fitter, Plant Fitter, Hydraulic fitter, Vehicle technicians, Aircraft Engineers, Mechanical fitter, Compressor engineer, HGV Technicians.
Water treatment and pump backgrounds.
Main of the Service Engineer role:
Provide an after-sales product support
Repair equipment and vehicles at depot or on-site as required to ensure conformance with manufacturer's specification and company policy
Complete planned maintenance activities including maintaining the appearance of the fleet to corporate standard.
Act as an ambassador for the company, providing a high standard of customer care and being polite at all times.
Relay appropriate customer queries to staff as required
Accurately complete all relevant paperwork including reports, inspections, calibrations checks and job sheets.
Complete any mechanical maintenance, testing and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, compressors, motors and ancillary equipment, be able to read schematic drawings.
We would be very keen to speak to people who have experience with:
Diagnostic analysis, repairs or preventative maintenance
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Providing breakdown assistance both at the depot and off-site at vehicle location.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: onboard vehicle smart system maintenance, vessel integrity, light body repairs, and general vehicle repair.
