A leading technology business is looking for a Principal Electronics Engineer to take a key role in driving electronics design and systems architecture across a team of around 15 engineers.
This is a senior, handsâon and influential position, combining deep technical ownership with project leadership, mentoring and R&D.
The role
As Principal Electronics Engineer, you will:
- Lead electronics design activities across complex, multiâdiscipline projects, covering both circuitâlevel design and higherâlevel electrical architecture.
- Act as technical authority for key topics such as EMC, power management, servo control, processor interfacing, and communications.
- Define and review systemâlevel electrical architectures, including power distribution, signal transmission, wiring and production considerations.
- Own and deliver analysisâbased tasks such as circuit emulation, performance calculations and power budgets.
- Take technical leadership of multiâdisciplinary project teams, setting standards of good engineering practice and fostering a systematic, qualityâdriven culture.
- Proactively review and improve engineering processes, tools and design methodologies, driving innovation across the function.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues at PCB and system level, identifying root cause and recommending design or procedural improvements.
- Support bids and proposals, working closely with senior management, directors and key customers to shape solutions, estimate work and present technical approaches.
- Provide lineâmanagement style support for a small subâteam of engineers, including development, coaching, and input into resource and training plans.
About you
You are an experienced, handsâon electronics engineer who enjoys combining deep technical work with leadership, mentoring and process improvement.
Essential:
- Strong degree in Electronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or similar (IETâaccredited), with typically 10+ years relevant experience.
- Solid theoretical and practical understanding of electronics design, including modern PCB and component technologies.
- Proven experience leading projects and/or supervising engineers in a product development environment.
- Experience across areas such as EMC, power management, servo / motor control, embedded interfaces and communications.
- Strong analytical capability able to perform circuit analysis, power/performance budgeting and tradeâoff studies.
- Clear understanding of the full project lifecycle, from bid and concept, through design, verification, production and inâservice support.
- Demonstrable track record of innovation in engineering solutions and/or ways of working.
- Strong faultâfinding skills at PCB and system level, with a structured approach to rootâcause analysis and corrective action.
- Hold Right to work in the UK and have lived here for the last 5 years due to Security Clearance being obtained

• Manage response to rapidly changing products on inbound and outbound

The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.
5 years preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Forklift Certified
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations methods and practices
• Ability to read, write and speak English required, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Problem solving, team building, project execution and ability to multi-task
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 50lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Financial Planning and Corporate Development Manager has dual responsibility for these shared functions working closely with the Tremco CPG (TCPG) Corporate Development team and regularly interfacing with RPM International Inc.
(RPM) leadership.
This senior-level role is responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition, joint venture, partnership and divestiture opportunities as well as providing accurate and effective financial planning and analysis on assigned initiatives including the development, execution and management of the Company's forecasting process.
The Financial Planning and Corporate Development Manager will oversee projects, leverage established tools and processes (established and maintained by TCPG & RPM) to identify acquisition opportunities that meet RPM's current financial and strategic criteria, execute on acquisitions and divestitures, and drive organizational integration and change.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure work is aligned with divisional practical vision and value proposition.
Set priorities and ensure tasks are executed on time, and that work meets appropriate standards and is aligned with divisional practical vision and value proposition.
Conduct comprehensive market or technology studies and evaluations to demonstrate a viable connection to strategy and define a path to execution or recommendation not to proceed.
Evaluation may include voice-of-customer, lab evaluations, hands-on or other types of research.
Assist TCPG leadership and the Corporate Development team with all major workstreams including: Quarterly review and analysis of each operating segment for discussion with segment leadership and identified members of the corporate C-Suite. Monthly review of restructuring project status. Monthly review of growth plans for each operating segment. Annual forecasting with review of segment objectives. Peer performance assessment Work with TCPG leadership and the Corporate Development team with successful execution of acquisitions and divestitures. Directly coordinate the acquisition prospecting process including both internal resources and nurturing of external relationships with banks, brokers and intermediaries. Coordinate corporate, operating company and external resources necessary for identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition, joint venture, partnership and divestiture opportunities. Collaborate and communicate regularly with key stakeholders and internal/external legal teams. Lead due diligence process, negotiate contracts and terms, establish post-closing transition, participate in integration efforts, and monitor performance to objectives. Participate in annual Growth and Strategy conference; meet regularly with Group Presidents to understand their individual acquisition strategies, targets and criteria. Meet the financial commitments and deliverables for corporate development group (CDG) and shared revenue.
In conjunction with the CDG, actively participate in departmental meetings, KPI development and reporting, divisional KPI report outs, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Construction or similar required, Masters' degree in business or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Experience Level: 4 or more years of relevant professional experience; public accounting experience preferred Previous experience in business development or other professional role that participates in business development activities such as increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, making strategic business decisions, or increasing growth in terms of business expansion
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Deep understanding of accounting concepts related to P&L, balance sheet and cash flows Familiarity with Quality of Earnings and other diligence work products Demonstrate sophisticated skills in business modeling and valuation Experience in conducting and coordinating financial and legal due diligence Mastery of Excel; experience with other data analytics tools preferred (e.g., Power Query, Power Pivot) Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic business plans, product, or program development, identifying, and developing strategic partnerships and evaluation of new markets and technologies.
