As a Paraplanner, you will oversee and lead the client support team, ensuring smooth operations, efficient case progression, and high service standards.
This full-time permanent role offers benefits and a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the client support team.
* Allocating and monitoring workloads to ensure deadlines are achieved.
* Managing complex or high-priority client administration tasks directly.
* Overseeing onboarding, annual reviews, and day-to-day service delivery.
* Acting as the main operational point of contact between advisers and paraplanners.

* Previously worked as a Paraplanner, IFA Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, Wealth Management Administrator, Financial Services Administrator, Financial Planning Assistant or in a similar role.
* At least 2 years of experience in financial services
* A strong background in financial services administration (pensions, investments, insurance, or wealth management).
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Strong organisational skills and effective communication.

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.
In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.
Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.
Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Applicants are expected to:
Be able to work Monday-Friday day shifts
Portray a professional manner.
Obtain good communication skills.
Have a good level of arithmetic, specifically multiplication.
Be comfortable working with different levels of management.
Willingness and ability to travel across different regions to shifts.
Be flexible and willing to work on a casual work basis.
Be committed to showing interest in work and carrying out shifts.
Driving license (desired)
Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders.
Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock, therefore you will be bending and stretching to reach stock throughout your shift and at times may possibly be outdoors.

The Opportunity
This is a new opportunity within the organisation where you will play an important role in managing the creation, curation, and the managing of engaging content across the businesses social media platforms and digital channels.
Key Accountabilities
Drive growth of the brand through impactful, data-driven social media activities, managing all of the social media accounts across platforms ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.
Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns
Own and maintain the content calendar, including both organic and paid content
Act as the brand voice by actively engaging with audiences and sparking conversations online
Provide strategic guidance to the wider business, including insights, recommendations, and performance reporting to inform their marketing decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will have
3-4 years' experience in a social media focused role
Experience working within financial services or a regulated environment highly regarded but not necessary
Skilled at creating and managing engaging content across platforms
Experience managing paid campaigns, including budgets and performance tracking
Proficient with social media tools for analytics, scheduling and community management
SEO knowledge to optimise content for visibility
