GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The estimator is responsible for prioritizing and developing all bids and proposals pricing for the Roofing Division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure a high quality with each proposal Prepare cost models Coordinate work with key Program Managers, Construction Managers, Sales (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Field Technicians Review and respond to all pre qualification requests Provide accurate estimates/bids Coordinate with Subcontractors Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process and quality. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as liaison to CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed). Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates. Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items. Verify that all project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self- perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using the available tools, including collaboration with the RBM. Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction. Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed. Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management-related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.
These areas include: Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc. Customer service Reporting compliance Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, planning, and results Personnel and process management All issues that require collaboration or elevation of authority Lead and uphold the highest levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes, laws, and Tremco policies and contribute to developing a safety-oriented culture that will result in 100% compliance with: Toolbox Talk attendance DTA reporting Truck audits The goal of zero safety-related incidents on all projects
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial building enclosure, waterproofing, and concrete restoration.
Must have proficient computer skills and can competently use Microsoft Office products.
Must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management. Must be able to travel extensively.

Run trash compactor in Plant #2 alley.
Keep alley clean. Clean tubs in Plant #1, by hand or by tub washer equipment as required. Pick up rags on a daily basis and store them in proper container.
Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies.
Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process.
Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up different products on computer system for proper running and adjust equipment for proper running ability. Paper changes - thread bagging paper correctly and adjust for proper running Daily production sheets (filling out form) Provide fiber for product that you are currently running Provide boxes and correct labeling on boxes Stacking boxes on empty pallets to make full pallets. Moving Full Pallets using a forklift.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job requires daily standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation of the EHS management system and provide technical assistance to facilities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Maintain health and safety programs and training materials; coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees.
Compile and analyze data for submission related to environmental permits (air, water & hazardous waste), safety statistics, and corporate EHS submissions.
Develop, review, and release Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and Label Guides as part of maintaining the North American Chemical Management System.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure product labels and technical data sheets comply with various regulations; review and approve all labels prior to release.
Keep abreast of changing laws and regulations that may impact the business and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
Four (4) or more years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety regulatory compliance.
Working knowledge of USDOT, IMDG, IATA, and Canadian TDG regulations.
Familiarity with SAP or other integrated IT/EMS systems.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with upper and mid-management as well as hourly workforce.
Undergraduate degree in an EHS-related program.
Background or experience in the chemical industry with a solid understanding of chemistry and chemical reactions.
Self-directed and independent, yet able to work effectively within teams.
Ability to learn new regulations and concepts quickly and apply them to manufacturing operations.
Maintain appropriate professional certifications, licenses, and registrations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business enterprise systems (SAP preferred).
Willingness to travel domestically, with potential for international travel.
