This hybrid role combines clinical practice and leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care and robust clinician support across our dental network.In this role, you will work a minimum of two days per week as a self-employed Associate Dentist providing a mixture of NHS and private dentistry, delivering exceptional clinical care to patients.
The remaining days will focus on providing leadership as an employed Clinical Director, supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of clinicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards, taking responsibility for robust internal auditing processes and ensuring WE are provider of choice for both patients and all clinical staff.
Reportable to the Managing DirectorAs an Associate Dentist (Self-Employed): Provide general dental care to patients, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence. Build strong relationships with patients, promoting trust and long-term oral health. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
