Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders
Proactively identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo subscription provided) and implement effective sales solutions quickly
Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM
Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with Stonhard's Construction Division approved installation crews (including occasional weekend/holiday installations)
Qualifications:
Two or more years of related sales B2B experience preferred, specializing in construction, industrial, or commercial markets
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
Computer literacy required, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365

Job Purpose:
Color match bulk quantities of nail polish to established standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Work Instructions (WI's) associated with this job role.
Adjust suspension base to color standards.
Color match bulk quantities of nail enamel to established standards.
Adjust color formulas with production supervisor when necessary.
Use only approved raw materials.
Interact with R&D, Quality Control and Customers.
Complete all relevant paperwork.
Assist other departments with production of batches.
Perform general housekeeping duties.
Carry out other assignments given by the Production Supervisor.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High School diploma
1-2 years color matching experience in paint or coating industry.
Basic math skills with the ability to follow written formula.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs.
Ability to communicate and discuss approvals with Production Supervisor.
Targeted Salary/Hourly Range: - $23.00 p/h - $ 26.00 p/h, bonus eligible

Tasks PROFILE:
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Enforce safety, quality, and sanitation regulations.
