Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.

The role:
You will join a dynamic property litigation team, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and high-value contentious property matters.
Your work will include landlord and tenant disputes such as 1954 Act renewals and dilapidations, telecoms site access issues, and general real estate disputes including rights of way and title challenges.
Working closely with the firm's transactional real estate specialists, you will manage your own caseload, provide practical and commercial advice, and contribute to delivering exceptional client service across sectors such as retail, infrastructure, energy, and public bodies.
Key responsibilities:
Handling a broad caseload of commercial property litigation matters
Advising clients on risk and strategy, often as part of a wider transactional or project team
Drafting and negotiating legal documentation
Supporting more senior team members on complex matters
Managing client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice
Involvement in business development and team growth activities
About you?
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and detail orientated.
You will have:
You're a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE experience in property litigation
Able to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently

With a growing network of 15 shops and ambitious plans for further development, this is an exciting time to join their supportive retail leadership team as Area Manager.
About the Role
As Area Manager, you will drive the commercial success of a portfolio of charity shops by delivering a strong, community-focused retail offer.
You will lead on Gift Aid, the Hospice Lottery and other key income streams, ensuring each shop supports the charity's mission.
You will manage and motivate a team of Shop Managers, providing empowering leadership and working closely with the Head of Retail to ensure all operations are efficient, compliant and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support Shop Managers across multiple retail sites
Drive income generation and profit growth across the portfolio
Promote Gift Aid and the Hospice Lottery to maximise fundraising
Ensure each shop reflects its local community while aligning with charity values
Oversee compliance, health and safety, and operational best practice
Encourage teamwork, collaboration and a positive culture across the retail division
Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of the charity's retail strategy
Essential Criteria
Proven experience managing multiple retail locations (charity retail desirable)
Strong leadership skills with a people-focused, empowering approach
Commercially minded, target-driven and community engaged
Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities
Full, clean driving licence - this role involves a high amount of travel and comes with the use of a company car
