GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., unites industry-leading building envelope solutions manufacturers, service providers and trusted brands-including Tremco, Nudura, Dryvit, Willseal, Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
and Weatherproofing Technologies Canada-to deliver comprehensive, integrated building systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
Participate in plant metric reporting.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities as detailed in the facility site plan to resolve any production problems that may occur, maximize product consistency, and minimize cost.
Design measurement and control systems for chemical plants based on data collected in laboratory experiments and in pilot plant operations.
Use SAP to monitor production/business functions.
Provides engineering support for all operations in the plant.
Recommend modifications to current processes and equipment; document and follow up with engineers responsible for the modifications.
Works with the plant engineers, maintenance, and facilities to influence the direction of preventative maintenance best practices.
Support a high-performance results-oriented culture and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
Provide technical and operational leadership for equipment and facility maintenance and improvements.
Deliver disciplined project management and product development assistance.
Regular review of batch first pass yield, production quality, distressed, obsolete, scrap, and returned material.
Troubleshoot and implement repeatability best practices.
Support investigations on equipment failures, difficulties, and deficiencies.
Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement and continuous production.
Assist in the Collection of site metrics and KPI's Implementation and continued support of PIE.
Perform a job in accordance with all Tremco safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree (B.
S.) in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.

Network Engineering Manager - In this position you will work alongside the Project Management and Engineering teams.
There will be opportunities to work with the latest technologies, influence design and deliver systems to the highest quality.
You will be responsible for consulting on design, configuring network hardware, commissioning, and delivery of a project's network and telecommunications systems as a department lead.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join a growing engineering business in West Sussex.
Youll join a small, established Quality team, reporting to the Quality Manager, taking ownership of the BMS and acting as a key interface between Quality, Operations, Suppliers and Customers.
The Role
- Own the day-to-day administration and continual improvement of the Business Management System (BMS), ensuring compliance with BS EN ISO 9001 and common defence standards.
- Administer the internal audit schedule and conduct internal audits, driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (5/8D, 5-Whys, Ishikawa) for material and process non-conformances.
- Develop and refine BMS/QMS elements with process owners processes, procedures and operating instructions.
- Act as a customer-facing contact on Quality issues: regular calls, on-site visits and issue resolution.
- Participate in design gateway reviews to ensure quality requirements are captured and met.
- Review bids and contracts for Quality requirements and create/maintain Quality Plans.

- Plan and execute supplier quality activities with Purchasing: APQP, FAI, Control Plans and incoming inspection strategies.
- Monitor supplier non-conformances and KPI scorecards, driving improvement and managing escalations/containment.

About You
Essential:
- Proven experience managing a BMS/QMS in a design and manufacturing environment.
- HNC/HND (or equivalent) as a minimum an engineering-related discipline is highly desirable.
- Confident and credible communicator, comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels and with customers and suppliers.
- Experienced in planning, managing and conducting audits.
- Strong background in 8D problem solving, including 5-Whys and Ishikawa/Cause & Effect.
- Able to create clear, concise processes, procedures and workflows within a BMS/QMS.
Desirable:
- Experience within an electro-mechanical, defence-based environment.
- Familiarity with AQAP2110 and/or AS9100 QMS standards.
- Experience in Design Assurance.
- CQI or IRCA membership.
