GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager-HVAC manages all projects (including GC and Self-Perform HVAC AHU Restorations, etc.).

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. Productivity Use knowledge of the manufacturing process to improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Responsibilities
Interpret clients' requirements during project design phase
Prepare detailed electrical designs and general arrangement drawings for motor control and power distribution panels
Ensure compliance with relevant specifications, standards, and safety regulations throughout project development
Maintain and update electronic files using document management software
Qualifications and Skills
Electrical engineering qualification preferred, though candidates with relevant design experience in switchgear, automation, and electrical control systems will be equally considered
Possession of a UK Driver???s License, access to personal transportation, and willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland
Familiarity with various electrical design software packages
Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience
Experience in designing electrical control systems
Proficiency in EPlan and AutoCAD

Propulsion Test Engineer with mechanical fitting expertise required.
This position involves overseeing the design implementation, conducting Hot Fire Testing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Support in test activities across all hot fire and environmental test facilities.
Ensure comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the firing sites, including site preparation, fuel and oxidiser handling, pressure systems, instrumentation, control systems, space thruster theory, steam boiler operation, data analysis, site and system safety.
Develop test, maintenance, and setup procedures for all test activities.
Requirements
Proficiency in mechanical fitting, preferably attained through completion of an apprenticeship or relevant experience within an engineering-oriented environment.
