Job Title: Sourcing Analyst Location: Vernon Hills, IL Department: Sourcing Reports To: Sourcing Director Job Summary: The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for developing and executing sourcing initiatives in collaboration with Sourcing Managers.
This role involves data management, data analysis, spend reporting, vendor and commodity forecasts, quote analysis, and overall support for the sourcing team in day-to-day tasks for assigned categories. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify emerging opportunities or risks and report to sourcing managers Reporting: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management. Cost Reduction: Identify cost reduction opportunities, analyze cost structures, and contribute to cost savings and avoidance targets. Supplier Pricing: Manage supplier pricing database and handle pricing updates.
Work with accounting teams to resolve invoice and inventory discrepancies. Supplier Management: In conjunction with the sourcing managers, build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and pricing standards are met.
Research category trends, understand and evaluate supplier capacity to support business needs, and recommend new product capabilities. Negotiation: Assist with supplier negotiations related to costs of parts, tooling, and project timelines. Tactical Purchasing: Handle tactical purchasing activities such as expediting material and managing open PO issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analysis. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in market analysis and competitive benchmarking. Knowledge of cost drivers and risk management in sourcing. JOB DESCRIPTION WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL TASKS: • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic • Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision • Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks • Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift • Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment • Keeps site Supervisor and manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements • Ensures proper LOT rotation and including FIFO (first in-first out) and organic product handling and shipping process • Strong organization and prioritizing skills • Must be proficient in math • Must be have forklift license • Manage response to rapidly changing products on inbound and outbound • Must be able to follow directions and work independently • Verify all shipments are recorded and verified the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments • Requires high degree of attention, skills, and dexterity in the control of a forklift and stacking of the product on the pallet • Transport selected product to designated dock area using power equipment. • Handle all products so as not to injure teammates or damage the product, the bags or cases • Comply effectively with company work and safety rules. • Maintain a quality of work that limits mis picks, short and damages • Comply with company attendance policy.
The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand. • Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent • Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Position Summary:
Carboline Global is seeking a Service Center Administrator to work at their Distribution Center in Green Bay, WI.
This candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating all daily service center activities.
These activities may include but are not limited to filing, documentation, reviewing of orders and shipments, running reports, handling calls from customers, sales, or customer service.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Experience with Microsoft Office, 1-year prior office related work experience, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to work well with others and analyze data recognizing trends and taking action to improve.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and trainings.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming calls including customers, providing directions to the Service Center, providing information regarding orders, routing calls to appropriate individuals to assure accurate information is provided. Assist with will-call customers. Print various documentation such as: Bill of Ladings, Packing Slips, and PIC lists. Prepare all shipping paperwork.
Contacts freight lines to arrange order pickups. Complete miscellaneous filing, typing, copying and other projects that are necessary to keep the day-to-day workflow of the service center organized. Data entry in computer on all shipments leaving the facility such as pro #'s from truck lines, freight charges. Provide customer service assistance to all Customer Service Representatives to assist them in obtaining the necessary information they need to get their shipments out. Run various reports as requested. Back up warehouse functions of cycle count during annual inventory. Communicates with the manufacturing plant, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of product.
May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. Perform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
