GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Formulates and maintains color standards while partnering with Research and Development, distributors, and production to meet Dryvit's color requests and forecasted needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formulates production specifications for all colors and communicates concerns with key personnel.
Performs quality control testing on finished products to verify that formulations and colors match given Standards and/or customer samples.
Inputs and properly codes color formulations into formulation management system.
Prepares special color formulations for customers as well as special color sample requests.
Prepares monthly reports including monthly special color information and requests in a timely manner.
Maintains a neat and orderly work area, including, but not limited to, cleaning, maintaining, and verifying accuracy of pigment dispensers.
Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Manager will oversee day to day activities of target manufacturing activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly deadlines and provide leadership for the shift supervisors and associates within the value stream.
Drives the lean process to maximize profitable growth, provides premier customer service, develops a technically qualified workforce, reduce operating cost and inventories through incremental and quantum continuous improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promotes and ensures a safe and environmentally compliant work environment.
Drives Lean Management - including Tier Meetings, Supervisor Standard Work, Accountability Boards, and overall process discipline.
Responsible for hiring and developing associates, budget planning, employment decisions and performance assessment of shop floor associates.
Operates as part of a Leadership Team responsible for running the factory to specific KPI's and improvement activities.
Utilizes Root Cause Investigation skills and data-driven decision making to implement systematic corrective actions.
Directly manages the departmental cell and works cooperatively with other functional teams.
Leads and guides Lean initiatives within the designated work cell.
Works closely with plant level management on Lean process projects using lean tools and metrics.
Helps develop a Lean Strategy to be implemented plant wide.
Participates in FIT and continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques.
Leads the production department in meeting or exceeding production goals, including throughput, yield, cost, downtime, scrap, and quality.

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspection Clerk / Property Inspection Consultant to join a well-established estate agency offering residential sales, lettings, and property management services.
As a Property Inspection Clerk, you will be conducting detailed property inspections using company-issued tablets and reporting software.
Training will be provided from day one, with ongoing development throughout.
This full-time role offers a salary of circa £30,000, hybrid working options and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Completing check-in, mid-term and check-out reports.
* Reporting maintenance concerns and liaising with property managers for follow-up.
* Engaging with tenants during visits to address any cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
* Mediating end-of-tenancy matters related to wear and tear or damage.
* Preparing and submitting documentation for independent adjudication where required.
* Managing a busy schedule of property visits and maintaining accurate documentation.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Property Inspector, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Administrator, Tenancy manager, Property Manager, Property Inspection Clerk, Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
* Ideally have experience in residential lettings or property inspections.
* Background in dealing face-to-face with the public.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and confidence using tablets or mobile devices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
